Hi, I visited this place in the month of August 2019, the place where we need to have a step into this hotel for pleasure in this developing district headquarters. This hotel is almost opposite to the bus stand, it was located on an internal road. The construction right way attracts us to visit this place. Once we enter, we found arrangements of Maharaja chairs, which makes us eye locked. The reception area is just OK, but the statue Krishna live size idol at the reception area is great. Entered into the restaurant, it was amazing. This property has two restaurants, one is rooftop and another one is regular Alacarte which is centralized AC and arrangements are extremely eyeball shining. Both restaurant ambiance is remarkable. We ordered veg 99 as a starter, WOW, mouth-watering taste, simply toothsome, marvelous taste. Again ordered pulka, very smooth, the first time in my life, tasted such smooth pulkas, dal fry is average. Rooms internal arrangements are dazzling. Anyway, this could be the best hotel in this Karnataka border district.

We came to Anantapur for a wedding. This town is not on the tourist list however it does have an excellent Hari Krishna temple to see here and is a stopping off point if you driving from Bangalore to Hyderabad.

Hotel is clean and good size rooms. Staff speak little English but you can understand them and they are helpful.

If you want breakfast request it the night before.

Anantapur is a small town/city so we did nor expect to find a high quality hotel scatted among so many poor accommodation options. Hotel Rajahamsa is very clearly the best In Anantapur. Our booking made directly with Shiva Kumar was easy and efficient. BIG rooms, VERY clean rooms, well appointed, this hotel could not be better! The decor in each room is personal taste, we happened to enjoy it. TV is huge, great Cable, WiFi, simply everything. And great value for what you get.

The best was our smiling bell boy, Raj Kumar, nothing was too much trouble for this great guy. Thank you Raj. Thank you staff at Hotel Rajahamsa.

I went with my family to book the room. The receptionist there was very very rude. He told that the rooms are for family only. I said we are family. Then he is asking for same address on the govt IDs. I asked him how this is even relevant. He told me that these are the rules of the hotel. I have never come across any hotel which asks for same address on the IDs of wife and husband. Irony is that he accepted a family with only only husabnds ID just before me and just because he had a child. We are a new married couple and how can we get same address on our IDs. This is utter nonsense from that idiotic receptionist. If the management will not address this nonsense, then all of them are same. These kind of stereotype people are a big menace to the society. I would like to give a minus 10 rating for this hotel.

Stayed overnight at Rajahamsa, Anantapur on our way back from Gandikota.

Pleasantly surprised at the beautifully curated rooms, comfortable beds and multi cuisine restaurant.

Would definitely recommend to my friends.

The basic rooms looks like special suites with quality furniture and decor. Room has a fridge and kettle for boiling water. Very nice bathroom too!
We had a bit of a hick-up with the AC and I had to run down to reception every time to make sure my communication was received by the correct person.... They were helpful and friendly.
Room rate was Two thousand six hundred without breakfast.

Absolutely lavish and fantastic room styling. I have not seen such stylish and upbeat rooms or hotel in the near past food is equally good and the rooftop dinner area alongside the pool is awesome. A true blend of style with modern and antique looks in the room. A perfect hotel to come with family and have it comfortable stay.
