Room was clean but not good stay
Nothing special, first time I see a limited breakfast, hot water is a problem. Rooms are clean, parking is an issue. Food is good, but restaurant needs upgrade. See lot of cockroaches all around in the restaurant. Service is fast. But the lobby is very shabby. Had booked four rooms for self and my team. Over all not a great experience. Food and service is tasty and fast as compared to other hotels. Location is great. Toilets are clean but no toilet accessories avail.

this place is a big scam.
this is a BIG SCAM. DONT BELIVE . 3 DIFFERENT GOOGLE LOCATION WITH SAME PHOTOS. The place only is good for people who never stayed inside a coffee plantations. All photo are only for representation. Nothing close to real. Owner is very arrogant. He said us to leave the place if we are not OK with the facilities. He doesn't know how to behave. Its a pure scam. More details in photos and will do a scam video in you tube channel - why would i Sad that such things happen in Kerala. The place has 3 names in google. the are cheating customers. No tax bill is given. they display a GST number which needs to be tracked by someone. It was the only spoiler in out entire trip in Waynad. Instead of staying for 3 days we left the place in one day.
