Positives - The location is good, accessibility is also fine. The resort have a natural ambience with lots of trees. Bathrooms reasonably good. Have indoor game facility which has carrom & chess. Negatives - We had opted for Diamond Double Bedroom villas, As we had two family with kids. The rooms were stinky with fungus smell, the floors were not mopped, the sofas were unclean / torn. Overall the accommodation facility is substandard, unhygienic and pathetic. Had asked the front desk to change and provide a fungus free room, which they couldn't as bookings were full. - Balcony again is not clean, monkeys keep roaming on the balcony. No views from balcony as tall trees are around. - Staff is not experienced. No arrangements for luggage handling. Staff were not happy to get the bags to the room and were insisting us to carry ourselves. - Parking facility is limited and not properly managed, taking the vehicle out when required is a difficult task as people parked blocking the way. - Restaurant has limited option menu. Drinking water provided was unhygienic in bottle with algae on the base. Had shown this to the restaurant manager and just had a sorry face. - Badminton court is a name sake one with just a net, ok for tossing the shuttles. Swimming pool is small, monkeys also takes bath in that.

The resort is good although the facilities are minimum. The food was good and so was the service. The stay was bad and hence the low rating. The single room villas are not maintained well spoiling the entire experience. There is no proper ventilation to get fresh air in. (This is a non AC villa and hence I would atleast expect a window with mesh that can be kept open). I would advise other travellers to find something better for the same money.

One of the best place to have a few day retreat from your busy life. The staffs are nice and friendly, ambience is very peaceful and hugged by nature. The villas are kept neat and tidy. The swimming pool is good for 5 people at a time. We had fun playing badminton, basketball and other games. Good place for kids to play hide and seek. The hammock swings placed in the park is my favorite. The food served is traditional Kerala style and tastes good. I would definitely visit once again.

We had a wonderful two days stay at this place. It is a very serene place in a thick jungle. During the breakfast we felt that we were sitting in a tree house. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay very comfortable. Shaji was very helpful in explaining to us the flora and fauna in the area and even took us out to show us the sheer beauty of the surroundings. Inderjeet, Surinder and Ashok Naruka

Excellent villa, nice breakfast and good ambience. But this is suitable only for night stay at rooms. There is very less facilities and activities in this resort. We can’t call this as a resort only. Even a single star resort will have more facilities and activities than this resort. There is only one carrom board game in indoor game centre. In outdoor game shuttle court, one kids slider, kids jumper, basketball net just for throw, swing and small swimming pool. There is not enough space to play in group. We took diamond double bedroom villa, which is fabulous with a hall and kitchen. Service of the some staffs also bad. The floor was not cleaned even after requested when we go out and it was just bed sheet arrangement. Swimming pool is very small and we requested to fill the water to maximum level to one of their staff. He agreed and his manager Mr Neelesh said that the pool is 5 feet height and now it will have 4.5 feet without filling. Very arrogant behaviour. The security staff Mr Ani is courteous and behaves good. We were 10 adults and 5 children. We went out for sight seeing because this resort doesn’t have enough activities inside the resort.

It's located quite near to the main Vythiri market, hence easily accessible. It's a good location and the property itself has large area and required activities like spa, play area, swimming pool and bon fire were qute interesting. What the management should really look at is to ensure the upkeep of the rooms. The room that we got (114 ) was not up to the mark. Ceiling had full of black spots, probably fungus. The bed sheets had stain marks which i had to call and get it changed. The 3 seater sofas were not cleaned and had black patch marks. The wall mounted fan was full of dust etc etc.. Other than these issues rest everything was fine. Food is good and the tast is excellent. The housekeeping team was also very helpful to ensure they provide the best of the services. Reception services can be a bit more prompt.
