Worst Staff behavior. Please don't spoil your vacation visiting this place. Since there are not many options in this area, staffs here are very arrogant and bad mannered. Most of the good cottages are under maintenance and the available options are also poorly maintained.

We were 2 families..4 adults and 6 kids...and had peaceful- nature hugged stay at Greenland during our Christmas hols.Place was neat, staff were very co- operative and considerate.We took bamboo cottages..very close to nature.. with great view...enjoyed the performance of monkeys..eve n morning.Buffet breakfast was very reasonably priced n sumptuous.Food was really tasty.Jeep trucking was the main attraction..( arranged by the resort)which we enjoyed thoroughly with driver Vishnu.Only concern was the narrow approach road to the resort ..and a bit of confusion at few points which could have been evaded if properly guided with Signboards.Never miss Off road trucking..both day and night trips ,(3 view points during day & surprise feast for eyes during night trip)as it gives a unique feel & experience.…

I had booked for two days in August. Two days before the travel date I tried to contact them on the phone number on their website but nobody answered. Tried continuously for two days without any success. Then I sent a mail asking them to call back again no response. I started my journey and reached the resort and was shocked to find it closed down with nobody there to enquire. I verified with police and came to know it was shut down due to covid. The management has a duty to inform confirmed bookings that they are closing down. They are highly irresponsible people never book there unless you are asking for trouble.

Familiy travellers pls read.. Visiting this property second time after 5 yrs,but nothing changed.the problem I faced last time remains same... I stayed with family on March 6th 2021..Rooms are so bad in real and even I opted for higher cost room 4600rs ( no hotels nearby,location is remote), even that room doesnt have basic facilities. Tv not working, no intercom to reception...No phone signal....no wifi, mainly no water...water may come sometime and stop suddenly...dont expect the hot water for sure ..any type of online payment are not accepted,only cash accepted...if you running out of cash..no other option you have to travel for 20kms in hills road...location ambience is good but very badly managed.. If u jst want to chill and not bothered about service u can go for it..but I am not really happy to stay there again or forever...…

I stayed with family on oct15 2020...Rooms are so bad in real and finally i had to opt for highest rented room 5800rs ( no hotels nearby,location is remote), even that room doesnt have basic facilities. Tv not working, no phone to call reception. Response from staff there is ver cold...No phone signal no wifi, U have to walk to reception for anything which is quiet a long walk or u can drive (property is 600 acres) Ambience is good but very badly managed... finally i hv to drive 20kms jst to withdraw cash from atm and settle the bills..they wont take any online payment..staff not coperative at all... If u jst want to chill and not bothered abt service u can avail..bt standard rooms are very under maintained.
