Classic room was absolutely fine with lovely high ceiling which helped to keep the room cool in very hot weather. Staff, especially Nicolo were attentive and very pleasant. The grounds and views were superb too. The families who were there seemed very content and relaxed....More
We arrived quite late and were almost late for the dinner at the hotel when the most helpful receptionis Urania just took all our troubles away. That lady took care of all our luggage so we could rush to the restaurant and have a meal....More

As JockeSthlm said, the surroundings of the hotel and the common areas are very nice. There are serious problems with some rooms and general service, though. I have seen a few of those and in general double rooms look better than those meant for single occupation. In general, I found the hotel highly overpriced for what it was. If the prices were half what they were I probably would have accepted lack of hot water on several occasions or loud music at night (among others). I will not stay there again myself. Not good value for money!
