We stayed in this hotel for our special housekeeping ataff . We were amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff like Mr. Subrat at housekeeping if I am remembering her name correctly as she made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally. We have seen SANGRINA MAM the Executive Housekeeper making sure to attend us when we requested for some extra amenities and toiletries for some of our particular need. She extended her courteous gesture and visited us and we liked to see such a courteous staff. We as a family liked the way she helped us and will certainly recommend this hotel to our other friends and relatives.

Room was good, foods was good, staff were polite, well behaved.. A dusty odour was their in lobby and inside room as well. And need to look after a little with respect to pest as cockroaches were found inside room near basin and on TV set table top... Otherwise would've given 5 stars.... No pics were taken otherwise had uploaded.
But yes my stay was pleasant.

My wife and child stayed here. This so called 4 star hotel is not even worth 1 star. There is no hot water provided. The kettle in the room was broken and the handle was taped. No dental kit and floor mat for bathroom were provided. On asking they said that these things will be provided on request. They had booked 4 nights, checked out after one. Please avoid this hotel, it is really really bad.

Hotel is a very good location.Food was delicious and service were outstanding beyond our expectations. Good Hi Speed internet to use during my stay.Staff were polite and positive behaviour towards the guest.The best part of the hotel is after the dinner you can walk in the hotel premises. In my next visit definitely we will stay East Park only.

Great ambiance and good hospitality . My daughter's birthday party at east park was real fun and galla. All the kids enjoyed and had a marvellous time. The food was awesome and everyone enjoyed the time. Thank you east park and crew fir making it a great party.

I along with one of my partner stayed for one night in Deluxe room costing 4500, but compared to cost the room amenities and room sizes are very poor. Such rooms in other cities will not cost more than 2500. All should first check rooms before booking.

I was among the first few coustomer to check inn, in this property on the day of it's inauguration, and from then on, I ensured that when ever I am in bilaspur, I stayed in this hotel only, at times I even modified my travelling dates also as par the availability of rooms. I must have stayed for more then 100 nights in this property in last 5 years, this can give the clear idea of my love for this particuler Hotel..... But last time to my surprice I had a very bad experience. Room was stinking like hell, flush and showers were not working in washroom, not a single bottel of water was there in mini bar, food was horrible more over room service was pathetic. I am surprised to see these kind of things happening to such wonderful property.
I would resquest to the management to take care of and not to take the things for granted.
