i have stayed at many treehouse hotels. but this the worst treehouse properrty. cheapest of lodges are better than this. the lady receptionist, she is not at all eleigible for working at a hotel, that too at a front desk. not at all a treehouse standard. other front desk staff too is useless and not helpful at all. rooms lack cleanliness. treehouse has undertaken an old running hotel, without any renovations. so all the rooms are worn out, accessories in bathroom are very low grade and useless. no hangers in the cupboard. wifi doesnt work properly. damaged furniture. the room tariff is not worth even rs 1000 per night. find a different place to stay at this great city of goverdhan

Receptionist has an alias name Mona with heavy makeup and a funny western attire but lacks basic courtesy to deal with guests. You give her money and she will smile. No food, stinky rooms lots of cockroaches and untidy rooms. Better you go for Radha Brij resort

Was looking for a pilgrimage trip to Goverdhan with a meeting to attend digitally so sought this hotel which has wifi. Called up Mona and she gave me a deal for room for INR 2500 all inclusive. I confirmed on phone that it's inclusive of extra bed and yes came reply. Went to hotel and reconfirmed that what I needed to pay reply was same INR 2500 for one night stay. Disappointment started then and there.....cringy rooms....power goes off every half an hour with complete blackout...no power back up....bed linen is so old that it has turned yellowish and yes torn too. Bathroom stinks with a bucket and mug which can be kept in museum. When i asked for extra bed they demanded money which i plainly refused and Mona who confirmed plainly refused that she said anything like that.....cheating customer. Fights with customers is regular when i entered a customer was shouting and same was case in evening. Hotel staff wants extra money tip to even smile leave apart do your work. I will rate it as degraded Ashram stay with zero facilities. Adjoining this is Shri Radhe Shyam Seva Sadan which is 100 times better with half the cost. PS The TV has no news, kids or sports channels only 3 channels of Star TV network. Plus they have some restaurant which is serving stale food at higher prices. Avoid for family or business trip. Its a nightmare to stay in such places.

This place is a luxury hotel especially for Govardhan.. in Govardhan you will find mostly dharamshalas... therefore this luxury hotel is a real good one in a place like Govardhan or else it would get a lesser rating .. the services mediocre the food is good the cleanliness is good hygiene is good they have their own restaurant inside so you can order the food.. their management is good inshort everything is good so for stay this place is good one rather than staying in Dharamshala..

Nice comfortable neat hotel in the place like Govardhan. Very near to Radha Kund chowk. Walking distance from here to the Girirajji temple from where parikrama has to be started even the most famous sweet shop shri Giriraj Mishthan Bhandar which serves yummy samosa kachori and poori.

Everyone knows that Goverdhan is famous for Parikrama. So this time also I booked Wingston for the 3rd time. We checked in at 4pm. Asked lunch, they said time is over for lunch nd next dinner is available from 7 to 11pm. The problem is with the hotel, they should have facilities to offer food for some more hours. Very few people do Parikrama during daytime or else its winters! When someone comes after Parikrama, they cant provide food. One has to depend on unhygienic outside restaurants. So, my word of suggestion to Wingston, please do provide food for late hours also.

A mediocure hotel located in goverdhan. The outside look of hotel is very good and inside interiors are good but rooms are very ordinary though cleanliness was maintained . Lifts not working . We requested for some additional time as we were going early morning for parikrama and needed room to freshen up but they refused despite the hotel did not have many guests. We requested the reception staff to allow us some room to freshen once we returned from parikrama they advised us to use their common washroom which did not even have a simple and basic facility like tissue papers in it. The hotel management should look into these kind of problems to help satisfy customers

This was my 2nd stay at Wingston Goverdhan. But I am not satisfied with the service this time. 2nd stays are always bad! Pros: Convenient location, neat and tidy rooms, room service guys are good, rooms are spacious. Cons: 1) No Wi-Fi: The hotel was not able to provide me the said Free Wi-Fi even after repeated requests at hotel desk. 2) No TV recharge: They have Tata Sky in every room. When we checked in they got it recharged. But next morning, when we switched on the TV, there were no channels, because the recharge expired. Can you believe this! They recharge it for one day. 3) No Tea/Coffee Maker: Now this is bad. Common Wingston, even 2-star hotels provide this now-a-days. 4) Toiletries: They would wait for your request for free-toiletries in the morning. No hair-oil and comb provided. Lastly, a very strange thing happened for the first time. We all check in to hotel rooms and find 2 towels in each room. We know this, very few have one towel. We had two rooms booked for 4 persons. We didn't count the number of towels. In the morning when we went for bath, we found a single towel in Room 207. We thought , okay it happens and got another towel from our other Room 208. At check out, the hotel staff charged us for the towel. Can you believe this? For them we were towel-thief. We asked them to check our luggage. Our mistake was just one - We didnt count the linen at check-in. Advisory: COUNT THE LINEN BEFORE YOU CHECK-IN!
