Since the people visiting the city are mainly coming for Darshan or performing Pooja of/ for goddess Bhavani, there are lots of "Bhakta Niwas" (a stay for Devotees) provided either by the Trust or by those Guriji (priests) performimg Pooja. Those who seek some thing more than what is offered at Bhakta Niwas, would prefer a lodge. But that some thing was missing at the lodge and we had to ask for Towel & soap which is normally provided at rooms. Again for two person only one towel was provided. The rooms lacked the cleanliness which is minimum that is expected in the hospitality industry. In the design of the room, the basin position was questionable and ACs were not working, though we got shifted subsequently in Non AC rooms with those tariff.

I stayed on 26.10.2017 for a night in Room No. 222. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was not clean. Had request the attendant to clean it before check in. The flush was not working in the bathroom. Wash Basin in fitted in the room and not in the bath room. Window AC was not cooling...Only the blower was working... All in all... Would never recommend this place...

I Visit This Lodge on 31st December eve with my Family for Tuljabhavani Darshan. It was my 3rd trip to Tuljapur so i was aware about lodge service professional at place. I was kept my Expectation as low as i can, but after visit lodge i found it was more worse that i cant go below. Lodge location is very Premium, and outer decoration makes more attractive. Room are very unclean and i found drinking bottles and some of things that are not suppose to be there while providing key to family room. Only God thing about Hotel is Helpdesk is agree to provide me room as per my request ( Complete Lodge was free for me when I check-in at 5 PM ). After looking after Lodge Condition I understand that its difficult for me to get hot water in morning for bath and go to Temple , so I decide to visit temple in Evening ( as per my experience this is common practice in Tuljapur Hotels , they only promised for hot water between 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM, but actually they dont,) I was so frustrate with lodge that I was planning to check out for Pune after temple darshan at 8:00 PM on same day but my family suggest me not to do so and adjust for night as road construction is in progress between Tuljapur to Solapur and its new road to drive with less sign board. I suggest not to go for this Option till very extreme need to do so....

Visited this hotel for overnight stay in Tuljpur... I must say is like a big garbage bin and full of filth.. even the manager throws garbage in podium itself..! Dont ever stay in Tuljpur or eat in this filthy place... stay in Sholapur whish is 45 odd km from here... this Lodge and all lodges in vicinity are far from worst... arrogant people filthy place... Visit only for Lord Tujaai... nothing else here.. avoid going in summer or rainy season...

I request owner to wash all the rooms and renovate every single part of the building It will be really great help to all the Tuljabhawani devotees from all around the states of India and even outside if ever they feel like staying at your lodge. 1) It is on walking distance from the main temple. 2) No advance booking is required in off-Season 3) AC / non AC rooms are not clean 4) There are many other clean hotels available at Bhawani Road (Bhavani Road: A road connecting to shivneri Lodge and main temple. Please refer google map) 5) If you ask they will clean in front of you. 6) Owner of the hotel stays in other section of the same lodge, I hope he must have kept his house clean. 7) If you have car its always better to book hotel at solapur and travel for an hour. 8) Darshan Queue starts early in the morning (4:00 am) if you are planning for the same, you will not get warm water to take bath so early in the morning. Please carry your own water heating rod instead. 9) Road side rooms are dusty-you may easily catch cold due to the accumulated dust inside the room. 10) Bathrooms are filthy, you don't even feel like having bath.

I had some work at Tuljapur and hence wanted to stay at a decent hotel. I searched the net and could only find few of the lodges there. Out of which I selected Shivneri Lodge as it was very close to the my workplace and also was close enough form the temple. There is only one number available and it was only after few try that I could connect the call. I called up the lodge landline number and asked for AC room to be booked. The receptionist was uninterested and instead told me to book in another lodge near the Bus Stand stating that it would be nearer to my workplace. Still I went ahead and gave him my contact details as this hotel listed lift as one of the ammenities and I thought that it may offer better experience. I landed there late night at 10:30 PM, the staff was having dinner in the lobby and after some waiting I was given key to room 215, no one came to escort me to my room or carry my luggage. After entering the room I was in for a rude shock, the hygiene was pathetic, there was dust one everything, the bathroom was not clean, the commode was not even flushed. The wash basin and mirror was located near the bed outside the bath room. The bed sheets were not washed properly. T.V. was old style CRT which showed only grainy picture on all channels. I switched off the same after failing to get decent clarity on any channel. The telephone kept in room was also not functional. The only thing working in the room was the A.C. I somehow managed to get some sleep that night. Next morning I scouted for other lodges nearby and setteled for Bhakthvatsal lodge opposite the Bus Stand, which as per me atleast offered better room & LCD television, (The bathroom hygine was absent hear also). While leaving there was also issue in the billing. At time of checking in they had collected the Rs 1500 room rent and Rs 100 security deposit from which they promised to return at the time of checkout. However at the time of check out I was asked to shell out Rs 150 extra if I wanted a bill. I had no option but to heed to their demand. This was a worst experience for me and I would not recommend the lodge to anyone. The best option would be to return to Solapur where one can get far better hotel at the same price.

Located on highway going to hyderabad and CBS Bus stand. Is good option compared to other lodges.Didnot try out the restaurant as better options are available nearby temple. It is besides lone petrol pump and opposite to Shivaji Maharaj Statue.Donot take rooms facing the road as you will be disturbed by heavy vehicles passing on the highway.Rooms are spacious but dimmy.

This place is a lodge and has a restaurant. Lodge is dirty, smelly and bug infested. I found empty liquor bottles and broken window glass in my room. The pillows are rock solid. The food in the restaurant is too oily and spicy. The staff is untrained. Toilet is dirty. There are flies all over the dining hall. Stay away from this place.
