Place is Kinda Ok... for "Gharghuti" (homely) feel. Basically it's a Big home which is rented out tourists as most other properties at Diveagar. Poha is esp tasty. Even Lunch and dinner quite nice. But rating as average since its nothing different than what most others offer. We went as a big biking gang & they were ready to welcome so many guys & allowed parking inside the premisses. That alone was reason enough to like it. But things can be done a little better. This arrangement is best for a big family only since all rooms are very large. BTW dog lovers will love this place since they allow dogs on the property as well. There was one family which had bought in thier dog along too.

I've visited diveagar several times, and have stayed at Kshitij atleast 4-5 times. What makes it good? 1. It has a very well maintained wadi (coconut, betel nut, banana orchard) complete with a sweet water well, and a 'houd' 2. Simple, ergonomic, well maintained and clean rooms. There are 4 rooms with a total capacity of 5 people per room, which includes 2 metal beds and 3 mattresses. There is a very well thought of 'changing' room, which proves of immense value when you stay with large groups. There is also a dormitory with a capacity of 15-20. 3. Quick access to the beach (a 5 min walk) 4. Good food 5. Warm hearted people, the Awlaskars. Liked their style of hospitality. 6. Reasonably priced rooms. Do not expect room service/wifi here. You would anyways not come to diveagar for accessing your internet and feel connected. You come here to get disconnected from it all.…
