Courteous and helpful staff make this place a good option. Best part is the facilities - 1) 2 big swings and 1 baby swing 2) A small slide 3) Table tennis 4) Pool table 5) Badminton 6) Carrom 7) Chess The back-side of the place has an orchard, good for photography. It is a 10 min walk to the beach. Good option for families. Visited around Diwali 2020. Kitchen was not operational due to Covid except tea and sandwiches. Owner was helpful and patience with travel guidance.

Hotel is value for money you spend. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. You will get complimentary Breakfast. They have arrangement of cottages for your Driver as well. They have sufficient Parking space for all the visitor vehicles. Place is walking distance from Beach.
Hi, We 4 friends with family has booked this hotel (with YE eve party package) at 31st Dec. It was amazing experience - the facilities provided was excellent. Rooms - was very spacious Bathrooms - was very clean ( Hot water facilities are limited) you will not get hot water every time only available in the morning. Food - they provide excellent breakfast in the morning ( with wide verities of breakfast options) Lunch / Dinner - hotel itself is not providing lunch or dinner they ordered it from nearby hotel. Property is having a children play area also they have wadi where you can see lots of coconuts and beetle nuts tree. Hotel Staff : Excellent - Super Supportive. Hotel is just 800mt from Beach - walkable distance from the hotel. Diveaagar beach is awesome - its very clean beach and at beach you can find some basic food stalls. Nice options of watersports at this beach. Overall its worth stay at this hotel. Hope you will find this information helpful for your future stay at this hotel.…
On the main Diveagar road, after you enter the town. An excerpt from my website. On my website, you'll find more photos, videos, and more up-to-date, and detailed reviews. DATES STAYED: Check-in: 11 pm on 11-May Check-out: 9:10 am on 13-May-2017 Found it on the spot... ROOMS: We took a Delux A/C room (# 201). It was very clean, and well-maintained. It accommodated the 3 of us. Two on the double-bed, and I preferred sleeping with my luggage on the ground :D FOOD: Breakfast was complimentary. At the same time, they also buy food from outside for you. We did not get the Welcome Drink though. Also, they charged evening tea @ Rs. 25/- per cup, which was quite costly, I'd say. LOCATION: - This was a bit far from the beach - approximately 800 m, but the walk was always fun. - I think the next time I'd prefer staying close to the beach. - No complaints though. COST: - The Delux A/C room costed us Rs. 3,000/- per night per couple (additional Rs. 500/- for an extra person). The A/C was a blessing in the warm and humid climate, and it was totally worth it. STAFF & SERVICE: - Very prompt service. - Mr. More (an old man - room service member) was very jolly and a person I would always remember. He noticed the flower that I placed behind my ear, and offered me one later. AROUND: - We travelled around 3-4 KMs towards the Velas (Adgaon) Beach. It was fun. You can watch its clip in my Vlog. Wi-Fi / INTERNET: - You don't go on trips to watch T.V. or work remotely or access the Internet (unless in case of doing something related to the trip), so the low mobile phone (data) range was completely fine with me. I enjoyed the nature more than anything else. - However, I had carried my laptop to backup the photos, which I usually do to ensure that they're safe. FOOD IN DIVEAGAR: - This is a sea-side place, so the obviously predominant food is Sea Food. However, you get Vegetarian options there as well. A typical Veg Thali (consisting of two vegetables, two dals and rice, and sweet) costs around Rs. 110/- - Non-Veg food is costlier, and special dishes (e.g. just Pulav) cost even higher. For instance, one Veg Pulav costed Rs. 200/-, which was pretty shocking to me. - Beach now has hawkers / food stalls, which end up dirtying the place as well, but it's a good thing to see a variety of food options. I had Dosa (@ Rs. 60/-) and Tea (@ Rs. 10/-). I only had the Dosa there, because the owner / maker was a super-cute guy.…
Very good hotel for a stay with family. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and so are the toilets. Very good complementary breakfast in the morning. Just a 6 minutes walk to the beach. All in all a very good deal for the price.
As far as my knowledge, it is one othe the best place to stay in Diveagar other than those homestays which are easily available there. Only a few hotels are available in diveagar, rest all are homestays. Pros- 1. Near to Diveagar Beach 2. Good parking 3. Good breakfast. 4. Good Staff, specially an uncle who was serving/hosting breakfast. Cons- 1. No restaurant, for lunch/dinner they can order you food from nearby restaurant but they dont have facility for lunch & dinner.
Amenities including parking and overall services are good. Little expensive. But worth to stay. Kids enjoyed the stay. I liked only the breakfast provided by the hotel. For non-veg lunch and dinner, I liked Kokan Swad very much as far as taste is concerned. Patil Khanaval is also better option for non veg. Hotel should enable card payments facility :-)
Location is good - less than 5 minutes walk to beach. Hotel is neat & clean. Rooms are spacious. Has play area with TT, carom, pool table etc. Small kids play area & plantation on back side is good. Sufficient car parking area. Complimentary Breakfast is also good - had poha, sheera, misal paav, omlet, bread & tea. Only one thing - it doesn't have restaurant.. but this is fine as most food places in Diveagar work on order basis only. So you have to plan well if you have small kids with you. Overall good place to stay.
