We had booked this place for 31st December 2019 . And was so disappointed with the place . No proper maintenance and the person Sahastrabudhe (9423211689)is a idiot person i have every seen . Please dont take any of our family members over there . There is no policy of refund even if he say . Dont beiieve i have already launched a complaint against him for same . He will never pay you you money back instead will say to please come whenever you want and stay . Don believe on him . He is a big mastered . ... The rooms are not cleaned . The dustbin still contain wastage of previous visitor who were staying there. Dont waste your money staying to this Villa . It is just made for making money without providing any facilities . You will just get a bed with bad smell and a room without proper water supply. I wish i can slap him on his face for the way he has behaved with us . Idiot guys and also if you are booking something in Dapoli . Please dont book anything on tekadi home . Savali villa .. Same situtation . Over there the roof is broken when asked . Nitsure idiot person says. Monkeys came from there ... And in one of the review of same villa there was like a theft happened with 10000 cash and one 1phone was lost . Worst experience so far in Konkan. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The corridor was not clean. bad smell in the rooms.It is told to us that only our family group will be there but there was a bachelors group was there. They were drunken heavily. it was so uncomfortable with family. we saw the kitchen of this hotel, I am wondering how MTDC have given the approval them. Dirty Kitchen. Not recommended for families.
