Excellent place to stay for Bhimashankar temple visit. We stayed there for one night. Simple basic facility with clean room, spacious well lit bathromm with gyser for hot water. This made it possible to visit temple early morning, avoided rush and we coukd then reach Trimbakeshcar temple in the noon. The locaction and surrounding nature is simply beautiful. Mr. Santosh the owner is caring and helpful. Thank you Santosh.

A no-frills simple hotel offering small and large cottages. Also consists of a vegetarian restaurant. The room/cottage was tidy and had a kitchen area as well. A single gas-stove can be availed upon request. The cottages are well spread apart, so there is ample privacy and parking space for a car.

It is located around 5-6kms to the Bhimashankar temple.

My experience in Bhimashankar was made enjoyable due to the kindness and hospitality provided by the hotel owners of Ratwa Resort. Santosh and Rohini provide excellent service to their customers to ensure that every guest has a comfortable stay. The spacious cottages on site are fully equipped with plenty of power sockets, ventilation and fans and they are also excellently clean. All the staff are extremely friendly and provided service round the clock. A particular highlight of the stay was the food, which was cooked all fresh and even made dishes to order. The price of these cottages are very very reasonable and to be honest are a lot more value for money than the other major hotel in this area. I highly reccommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

Normally I do not prefer to write review due to My busy schedule but the service given by Ratwa resort insist me to write this review.
Perfect location, even if you don’t have your self-vehicle bus stop is at the gate of resort.
Bhimashankar local traffic authority would not allow you to drive your vehicle @ temple.
Hence this is the best option. Resort is situated aside to main road so you would not struggle with address search. No hotel in Bhimashankar is having internet,Wifi, mobile, cable TV facilities. This hotel is also one of them which maintain there uniqueness. Bhimashankar is jungle area and we can’t expect civilized facities here. Only BSNL is having mobile connectivity.
There are two types of rooms. Dormitories and cottage.it depends on how may peoples you are to opt for. If persons are more than opt for dormitories if less then cottage. But I like interior of cottage most. It is twin room, with kitchen,24 Hrs hot water, all window covered with net as this is surrounded by Jungle are, and many power socket. Rooms and toilets are neat and clean.
Room service is good and prompt. Food provided in hotel is tasty and many eatable options are available.
Most amazing thing which put me to write this review is service and attentions provided by owner.
I am having 1 .5 Yr old daughter who is depend on cow milk and hygienic food with no chillies.Owner Santosh and his wife herself had taken interest and instruct sheaf to cook food as we want additionally they provided biscuit. Surprisingly they had not charged for milk and biscuit. I asked reason and they humbly told that they are not charging for baby milk and biscuit is gift from them.
Booking procedure is also simple : just give call to Santosh 9421008880 , and without any deposit, trusting on you he will book room for you.
Bhimashankar is must visit place, and if you are visiting Bhimashankar then this Hotel is also must visit

I have been an annual visitor to Bhimashankar since the last decade and on all the previous visits had stayed at Blue Mormon . Infact after MTDC discontinued their resort this was the only decent resort in the vicinity. This time as fate would have it blue Mormon was full and so based on trip advisor review I decided to book Ratwa... and I am not repenting it !!! This is an honest resort run by very good at heart people. It is very cheap - rs 1500 per night for a cottage which can accommodate 2. Located 5 kms before the holy shrine. The resort comes after you cross blue Mormon . It is on the left hand side of the highway. While blue Mormon is located two km away from the highway Ratwa is bang on the highway. Good homely food. Carry your own towels- they don't provide it. They provide soaps though. I booked on the phone and while they confirmed my booking on the phone they said I can see the rooms first and then pay !!! It is quite a big property - there is very little landscaping - so you are living in the nature - in my cottage b-2 there was seepage at one part but having been a frequent visitor to bheemashankar I am aware of the horrendous amount of rainfall they get and this is quite unavoidable!!! But they informed me that they are working on it in a phased manner and will set it right !!!! I intend visiting again in December and Ratwa is going to be my choice . They do not serve non veg / alcohol. Plenty of car parking - infact you can park your vehicle right in front of your cottage !!! The dining room is quite spacious and very clean !!

We recently stayed there, rooms are clean, food is fresh, although options are limited. North Indians would find oil in rotis little disappointing, however, still the resort is very nicely maintained and affordable (Rs 1200 rent), best in the bhimashankar... v had very little to do, so we went to see how blue murmur is, it was very lonely, scary and difficult to reach. bring ur own towel and toiletries....We missed the Go cheese factory, it is near manchar and sud be visited as there is not u can do in Bhimashankar.....

The resort is very near to Bhimashankar temple, but no mobile signal in the area. A lonely resort. There are two rooms in a cottage. Beds are little small if your kids also staying in the same room. Not recommended for family. I booked it online but never stayed there after looking the premises.

Great food. Good service...We liked both Santosh and Rohini. They were amazing. Their staff was efficient. We would return to enjoy Besan and Bhakri. The temple is abt 6 km away. In between the temple and Ratwa, there is a waterfall. You need to take right turn to reach the waterfall while on your way to temple. There is a check post (Kalwan). Road is pretty bad and sharp. The swing on waterfall is amazing.....Have fun...

This is a very calm and peaceful resort located just 6 km before Bhimashankar temple. It is located on the main road and you cannot miss it while going to the temple. The rooms are situated in individual cottages which are quite well spaced out and you can park your car right next to your cottage.

The rooms are quite large and clean with a cupboard and dining table and chairs. The bathroom is also quite spacious and has a geyser for running hot water. However there is no TV or air conditioning and no mobile connectivity except for BSNL. They do have a generator in case of power outage.

They have a restaurant where they serve simple vegetarian meals freshly made in their kitchen. You can place the order about an hour in advance if you want it as per your likes with less oil and spices. We enjoyed the taste of their simple recipes.

This is a place to go to if you want to visit the Bhimashankar Temple or to just get away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. Even though we visited in the month of May it was not too hot, and the mornings and late evenings were very pleasant for a walk out in the cool climate, amidst the forests and greenery.
