Buffet lunch with a tour whist on route. Buffet food was limited but what was there was nice. Veg curries were good, along with salad. Drinks were very expensive so factor that in to your meal. Nice location with some bongo playing on arrival.

The stay at Umaid Palace was nothing to write home about . I travelled with my children ( separate room ) found the place very unwelcoming form the start. The vehicle had to be parked in the parking and we had to hotfoot to the hotel door as the car cant go to the reception . The worst part was the food . It took literally hours for them to serve you any meal and my children were so hungry . The place is rundown . The split ac's in the room were old - really old . There were no almirahs in the room just an open rack to put clothes and one room did not even have a writing desk . The pool water was not clear and had bugs , the changing room had no exhaust and was hot like an oven . There is nothing near the property to see or eat and the property itself is more like a wedding venue rather than a hotel where you can do something . Its a place I will never go again .…

We have duly noted all the concerns mentioned in your review; as we are very busy on the weekend the food orders were slightly delayed, kindly accept our apologies for the same. We have address this permanently for future guests by add more staff in our kitchen and food service team. Also we have some great sightseeing points nearby like the Chand Bari Stepwell, Bhangarh Fort & the Mehndipur Balaji temple, also a visit our in-house organic garden or our dairy is a must. We went with a friend and his family which include 2 ladies on the wrong side of 70 and 2 kids below 10. The staff was very nice, courteous and prompt. Rooms were clean though there is nothing provided in the rooms like dental kit, bathroom slippers,etc. there is a fridge, TV, hair dryer in the room. We booked a suite. So there was a sofa set and dining table as well. Only problem was that the swimming pool was very low….approximately 3ft.So we couldnot swim,only played.food was awesome.the cook really is marvellous with the right quantity of spices, salt and sweetness.the food quality was tasting different because everything was organically grown in their fields unlike the artificial stuff that we consume everyday. There are lot of boards leading you to the property. Road is also quite okay unlike some of the Neemrana properties that we have been to where the roads were disastrous. Also thankfully this is just little away from the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway which make the journey and experience very smooth.…

I loved the resort, very beautiful,very well maintained, staffs are very helpful, food is nice, although it was an off season so no buffet dinner was not available, other than that gardens are maintained, a photography paradise, rooms are very spacious.

It was ok kinds , ok food , ok service. Rooms. are spacious but property overall is not that big, not much to engage and entertain. Considering the tariff they charge overall it doesn't seem to be value for money

Great location, enormous rooms, fantastic setting. Only down side, price of alcohol, twice as expensive as all other hotels we stayed in during our India trip. This said would highly recommend to others.

The place is most ideal for destination weddings, group outings and get togethers. In Dec 2022, we celebrated the Golden Jubilee of our school leaving and enjoyed the entire property to ourselves. The food / cosines served different for each meal. Big rooms and indeed very comfortable.

Big, clean, well maintained, heritage property with a wonderful team of warm and friendly staff! Easy to reach via a 2.5 Hr drive from Gurgaon on the new expressway. Spent two nights and loved the experience. Rooms have a old time charm and vibe but bathrooms in some rooms are a bit dated though some have been recently refurbished so ask for those. Met the super friendly owners and their beautiful dogs! Food was delicious and they cook local dishes if you request them to. Their small but sufficient organic garden was a a treat to see. The owners, the front desk manager and the entire team at this place made our stay super comfortable! Surely recommend for a weekend getaway.

It was good rooms can be a bit modern I felt they are a bit old fashioned maybe that’s why it’s 3 or 4 star we went for a destination wedding and all over it was nice Breakfast was amazing Staff was helpful

This was a peaceful and welcoming haven after the bustling cities of the Golden Triangle. We were made to feel like royalty from start to finish. The heritage furniture and feel of this special place was fully complemented by modern services and plumbing ! The additional activities offered us: Involving us in the evening Puja ceremony; the cooking demonstration; learning to tie a sari and the tour of the organic garden all made this a fascinating and very personal stay. The food and service were excellent too! We would have loved to stay a lot longer !
