Stayed a night with the family. We booked two room villa, ground and first floor. It's a new property. It is extremely well maintained and the customer service is simply superb. The staff are very caring and always a call. The restaurant serves free breakfast. Lunch and dinner orders are taken and served either in the room or at the restaurant. The location is approx. 5km away from the town and a peaceful area on a private hill. The access to the resort is very well maintained. The view from the room is mind-blowing. The rooms are well maintained. The staff at the property enhances the experience at this property. The only issue is with the network coverage. We faced connectivity issues with mobile coverage. The food served at the restaurant was tasty. We will again visit the property next year during our holidays. Kids loved the resort and the location. Hot water is available. Tea and coffee makers and toiletries are available in each room. The linen in the room was clean. Each floor has a bedroom, living room, a small kitchen area and shower/toilet. A special thanks to the entire staff at the property. The very polite and caring staff especially Mr. Mahesh and his colleague at the reception. During our stay, we were introduced to the owner of the property, a down-to-earth great personality.

Visited the resort with a group of friends. The location is just amazing. Rooms are superbly maintained. There are cottages with 1 room on upper level and lower level with attached toilets. Toilets and shower are top class with good amenities. The surrounding area is well kept and guest can go trekking inside the property, and also nearby places.Cycling, shuttle and volleyball also available. They can arrange a camp fire in the property. The views from the rooms are stunning. Staff were friendly and efficient. A special mention to Reshma at reception and Johnson the GM. Room service and house keeping was very good. Restaurant available with reasonable prices and very attentive staff. However quality of food needs improvement.

No words for this hill view resort, inexplicable and amazing location. Park your car infront of ur villa and completely accessible by any car . Compared to other hill top resorts in munnar like places, this highly steep location is completely tarred road 🛣️.
Service is like u will know they are trained to do so . Appreciated efforts by their executive officer or MD reflects in everything you experience here in orange valley.
Happy to be there for 3 days and heartly recommended for any family or bachelor togetherness.

Pros: Location is superb, calm and away from crowd . A nearby hill for trekking, foggy weather, good villa rooms, booking easiness ( Thanks to Mahesh for a smooth reservation process )
Cons: Lack of responsiveness to requests like kettle not working, kids channel not working , no hot water in washroom. Restaurant neatness could be improved especially table mats. The resort could also focus on customer delight rather than customer satisfaction. Had requested for a family pic to be taken by hotel staff on top infront of their resort board which I would have posted in social media for their better reach, but none turned up ( such small things make customer delight ). Overall thanks for a great stay !!!Will be back to experience better .

Our stay at Orange Valley Hills Resort Vagamon in one of their villas was an absolute delight. The view from our villa was simply breathtaking, especially when enveloped in mist and fog. What made it even better was that this stunning vista was just a short walk from the resort itself. The rooms were impeccably neat and tidy, providing us with a cozy retreat amidst the natural beauty of Vagamon. Although the buffet offered a limited menu, the quality of the food certainly did not disappoint, making our stay even more enjoyable. Orange Velley Hill Resort is one of the best resort in vagamon Kerala. Here we can see the natural beauty of vagamon. We can also enjoy the beauty of Hill view and Lake view in one place. The staffs are very friendly and giving us good service.

Perched on top of a hill Orange valley resort provides an excellent view of the surroundings. Romantic weather, good food and family provided the ideal recipe for a great weekend getaway.
The rooms are clean and spacious with a living room and large balcony. The lawn in front of each cottage offers good space to have fun with family.
The booking, check-in and check-out where all handled very smoothly. Benny, Mahesh and team provided great hospitality.

We stayed Orange Valley Resort for this new year. We have excellent view point, new programs like musical chair and music, fireworks and play area. The food was really good but more expensive. This was nice experience.

I stayed with my friends . The property is outstanding and great ambience. We could enjoy the beauty of vagamon. Lovely staff, right from the reception staff to the chef. Rooms- very specious, neat and clean. The breakfast was superb and the food menu which they have is superb and was served hot. In simple words, a great peaceful stay –A home away from home. The main attraction is the wind. Marvelous!!! Waiting for the next summer vacation to visit again with my family.
