Never book this hotel. I lost money by booking this hotel. Very pathetic service. The service person won't respond. Somehow If we make them respond, they will tell you that the matter will be resolved in a short time. But them there wont any response thereafter.
I liked it a lot, the place is so beautiful and well maintained, located in the middle of the nature. This is my 2nd visit to "the grasmere" resort and want to say mind blowing resort away from the city. The food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend for families or individuals who want a quiet, restful time to get in tune with nature and their bodies. 👉Highly recommended
Nice Ambience and Nice Hospitality. Restaurant food rate is not affordable. Better to eat outside resturants.Pool is awesome and morning and evening views from the balcony is just marvelous. We got plenty of delay in getting room(almost 4 hours)
Had a terrible experience. The rooms were highly priced as we had to pay Rs 7500 per day for one room. We expected a neat and clean room but even that was not provided to us. There were dead cockroaches inside the cupboard and on the dressing table. It looked like they haven't opened the room to clean for a while as the sofa had dust on it and the room was not clean. The TV and the water heater also was not working and when we asked them to fix the heater they couldn't do anything about it and instead told us that they will bring hot water in a bucket. We had booked two rooms and both the rooms had the same issues, heater and TV not working. When we asked them to serve breakfast in the room they denied us the same and that too at this time when we have to maintain social distancing. When I contacted the manager to inform about the poor services he assured me to call after two days to address my issues but didn't call. Very bad management and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is nothing special about this hotel and it is highly priced so if anyone wants to book here I would suggest you to check for other options.…
We visited with friends and family...the resort is quite far from vagamon, and the road to the resort is quite bad. Positive about the resort is it's very quiet and the rooms are ok Don't expect any parking space, or people to carry your luggage to your room. You have to do it yourselves. There is no compound around the resort to walk..The view that is shown in the site, if u really want to see that get a helicopter...We got three rooms near swimming pool, and the toilet was so stinky and when we informed they tried to clean but it was same...They have a telephone inside but doesn't give number where to call, I had to dial the number in the net to get the extension numbers. The TV doesn't have any channels so if you want to pacify kids with some cartoons, you have to call the reception multiple times..They don't have room service even if it's corona time and you don't want to go with the whole family to the restaurant. We managed with bread and jam that we got from home for dinner as we had 6 small kids altogether, the hotel people came at 10pm at night to say that they have some leftover food and they will serve it in the room. Forget ala carte and their menu card, no place nearby to go to eat only it's that remote, I got locked out of my room since my door knob to keep it open was not working and they climbed into the balcony to open it, they don't have a spare key, thankfully kids were outside..They don't have coffee, tea or snacks in the evening. Morning breakfast is good but they don't have coffee...If you really beg they will give you kettle and provisions in the room.. The upstair room has floor length window without rails, with kids we had a tough time, and we nearl missed an accident as the younger one opened the window.…
Best place for a hideout from the busy schedule for a couple of days Friendly staff Clean and quiet place No interseptions Stunning views and an amazing pool Great care taken by management and staff The route to the resort was also amazing If you love riding this is that place
Resort is situated in a very nice place surrounded with coffee leaves and tress. The main attraction is infinity pool with a good view. Ayurveda spa is also there. It has a Very nice ambience and beautiful place.
Very nice place to stay and good ambience. Infinity pool was good . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and tasty . Buffet in breakfast good . For Dinner please prefer alacarte . Play area for kids is awesome Worth of money
The room and location are great. The set top box was changed twice, luckily I got to see the match before it broke down. The kettle was changed and the water heater worked for a short while. The door handles of the wardrobe were broken and kept in a drawer. We had a bit of trouble reaching the place due to road repairs and poor navigation with Google maps.
It isn't an extravagant resort per se. Still, the resort has all the facilities to keep your vacation exciting and relaxing. I travelled with a group of friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. However, listing +ves and -ves for travellers: +ves: Amazing infinity pool that faces a scenic view. Please make sure to use them before it gets dark :) Albeit a little slow but good hospitality from the front desk. Rooms were neat We even played cricket, so a small bit of space for box cricket for sure -ves: The resort is alteast 10 km away from the city of vagamon, so if you plan on visiting pine forest and meadows, the resort is in the other direction. So quite a bit of distance to be covered Rooms are tiny and felt very congested No shops around, so please do buy eateries and snack well in advance There isn't any location nearby for trekking. Some resorts do have places to trek, but Grasmere doesn't. But overall I did enjoy my trip, although it was a short one day trip.…
