We were total of (2 + 3) persons- booked 2 night & 3 days Hilsha Festival special Sundarban package with resort stay, food, river cruise & local sightseeing all-inclusive for the period 13th to 15th August, 2023 with pick up & drop at Kolkata (Esplanade). The gentleman, Mr. Chinmay Mukherjee was our Tour Manager form Sundarban Tiger Roar Resort who helped us to book this package & he is incredibly welcoming, charming and helpful person from the start of our trip to end of our trip. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere both in vessel & the resort. All the staffs are welcoming and helpful in nature & it's shows that top management of this resort is very much serious about their guest's comfort & safety in this remote location of West Bengal. We booked a 2 days and 1 night stay here and i can say that this experience was really good one! This beautiful resort is well-located and has kind staff. The food is great and they even organize events in the evening. As a whole, the trip was thoroughly enjoyable and we had a good time. If you're looking to come to Sunderbans, you should consider this resort for your tour.

Overall experience was very good. The tour coordinator Chinmoy was outstanding . The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The food provided was pretty good and fairly sumptuous. They also try to cater to individual needs where ever possible. The launch provided to us for sightseeing was well maintained and had very nice crew . The rooms however need to be more equipped and requires repairs and touch up. Reading lamps and some relevant furniture may be provided.

I will start with booking , there Ms suryasikha was fabulous. She guided helped suggested in every step. Then comes the journey to Sunderban. AC bus with Mr sukanto bhowmik as manager. He always had a smile on his face attending to our every requirements. The bus journey is around 3.5 hrs ride. Breakfast served with one washroom stop with tea. Then we were transported to the resort by launch. Staff came at jetty to collect our luggage. Here we were taken care by Mr Chinmay. Superb he is. What a patience he has. The kitchen were taken care of by Mr manoranjan and his excellent staff. Really Sunderban tiger roar resort made our stay a memorable one. Right from booking till end they were simply great. Sunderban tiger roar resort is a Nice place. Well maintained premises. Polite and caring staff. Manager Chinmay and attending staff Manoranjan Sarkar gave excellent service. Knowledgable people. Food also good. Please visit for a completely new experience of Tiger safari. Although we did not see the tiger, the efforts taken by our tiger reserve guide KP Baidya and boatman Uttam were excellent. Hats off to them. God bless all.

We had an amazing 2 night 3 day stay here! Chinmay Mukherjee and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful for our entire stay. We found the room to be very clean and the food at both the resort and on the boat to be delicious. They fed us very well and always had tea, coffee, and bottled water available. Our favorite part was the boat ride with a guide through the forest - we saw tons of wildlife and learned a lot about the mangroves. We would definitely stay at Sundurban Tiger Roar again if we returned! Thanks for everything!

The process of getting the information about the resort and tour, and the booking process was made easy by their representative, Ms. Surjyasikha. She took care of all our concerns well. Subsequently, in Jan 2023, under the watchful eyes of the Resort's cheerful and friendly travel advisor, Mr. Vasu Rao, we had a gala 2.5-day trip (2N3D) to Sundarbans. The tour followed the promised itinerary to a large extent. Visit to Hamilton Bungalow was skipped. We were told that the bungalow was in bad shape. From my earlier visit I knew that it was not a great loss. We did the village tour on our own, and that worked out well. We were there during the peak tourist season. We had to encounter unruly crowds whenever we got down to visit any place of interest. Therefore, I was happy that we spent most of our time cruising through a maze of rivers flowing through dense forests. It was wonderful basking in the sun and trying to locate animals on river banks. For many tourists, barring a few like us, food served during the trip is a major attraction. So, the Resort and Mr. Rao put in a lot of effort into getting this part right. Night stay was at the resort. We opted for a cottage room which was adequate for the purpose but could have been a little better.…

We have concluded the Sundarban trip today with happiness and joy conducted by Sundarban Tiger Roar Resort. The two- storied Resort was a compact, well equipped,clean with beautifully decorated garden with full of blooming flowers and local sundari trees, small pond and a Lord Ganesha Temple which rendered great aesthetic pleasure. Rooms & wash rooms are good, clean with all basic necessary amenities. As per the package is concerned it was joyous , well timed systematic package tour. headed by Tour Manager Mr. Sukanta Bhowmick. He is a punctual, energetic responsible, cooperative, well mannered Gentleman, along with other polite and deciplined staff, we the Guest people never faced any difficulties. Round the clock Mr. Bhowmick with his team ready to serve us, which is simply unbelievable. The Boats they provided were well maintained with all arrangements of fooding, wash rooms, seating arrangements for hassle free expedition to Sunderban Mangrove jungle. Foods were of good quality, hygienic, delicious. After the whole day jungle safari in the evening Tribal dance and Folk music for refreshments are parts of the package. My special thanks to Mr. Sukanta Bhowmick, Tour Manger and ( Mr. Chinmoy Mukherjee of Kolkata office, who had helped me a lot at the time of booking and keep in touch at the time of tour. My sincere gratitude to owner of Resort Mr. Srinivas, for any matter he is accessible, inspite of his busy schedule. One request to you please arrange to boost up the wifi speed, so that we can access it from our rooms, not only from reception. What a great hospitality extended by the entire team of Sundarban Tiger Roar Resort! Super food, great entertainment, personalized service, what else we need in our holiday? They have created lifetime memory to cherish. They took care of all our needs from the moment they picked up us from Kolkata Airport. Their biggest strength lies in authentic Bengali cuisines. Best ones being, Bhetki Paturi, Parshe fish, Amodi fish & crab preparations. Rooms are of good size, clean and equipped with all necessities. Nice landscaping and beautiful Lord Ganesha temple in the front lawns. We all danced to the tunes of Adivasi Jhumur dance and Bawl folk songs they arranged for us during both days of our stay.
