The rooms were comfortable, the toilets were clean and good. With six standard rooms and two delux rooms there was hardly any large crowd. The service was first class, the food was of a high order (though with limited menu). The best part was the location of the Camp close to the Manas (Beki) River and nearness to the Bansbari Entry Gate to Manas National Park.

The cottage is situated at a sublime location just beside the fence of manas national park where even we spoted two rhinos. The river is situated at a 3 minutes walk and the national park gate is 5 min.s walk. The location is very peaceful which gives feel of isolation while it is totally safe. The rooms, garden everything is beautifully maintained while the service is top-notch. The food quality is also good while the property itself has safari services which makes the tour more hassle free. If one wants a family/couple vacation in a pocket-friendly property in Manas,this is the property to go for.

Good simple clean rooms, situated very close to the park gate. Safari was arranged easily by the manager and we were picked from the hotel. The river is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Food was prepared on order and was very good, however prices for certain items seemed high. Lot of birds can be seen at the property.

Located very close to the Bansbari gate and right beside the edge of the Manas National park, Florican Cottage offers a nice and comfortable stay. Rooms are basic but cozy. Washrooms are spick and span. Staffs are friendly and polite. Though the choices are limited, the quality of food at the restaurant was good. As there are so many trees in and around the hotel ground, one can find barbets, red-vented bulbuls, bee-eaters etc. even inside the property. This property is highly recommended for nature lovers ( and, of course, if you are not looking for luxury!!!).

Florican Cottage is one of the most beautiful cottage in all directions. After stay here you must feel like as your own home. Florican cottage is run by 10 youths of the locality under their non-govt organisation MEWS (Manas Ever Welfare Society). The main features of Florican Cottage are its ambience, excellent hospitality, home like cusine, well mannered staff etc. The rooms in the cottage are simply nice and prices are also reasonable. In front of the Florican Cottage is a large lush green grassy are of Manas National Park, where tourists often see rhino, deer, elephant etc.. Florican cottage provides Jeep Safari, River rafting, Birding tour, other Jungle activities etc with their zypsy and with well experienced guide. I think, one can't dislike anything after stay here.

I stayed in Florican cottage for 7 days. It was an amazing experience. The warm hospitality of the staff and owners made us feel right at home. The food was excellent. They also arrange jeep safaris. As it is located right at the periphery of the national park, if one's luck favors, one can see Rhinos, Elephants and Deer from the compound of the resort itself. I highly recommend Florican cottage for a simple homely stay.

A fantastic Resort very close to the Manas National Park. Infact the forest boundary is just 2 meters from the Main gate. The rooms are well maintained & the staffs are very courteous & helpful. Food is quite Good. To sum it up.... A VACATION HEAVENLY !!!!!! (The Photos are taken from the Main Gate of the Resort)

This is absolutely a nice place to stay in manas. There is great view of mountain in front of the cottage. You can also see some animals like rhino, peacock etc from this cottage. They have a great room service and also they have a good food to serve you the best. Their rooms are very clean and looking so beautiful.. If you want a great experience of garden with wooden house then this is the best place for you.. They have a reasonable price to give you the best experience in manas.
