Very poor response of staff at reception staff . this will now impact to further our maheshwari samaj image. improve to understanding of visitor issue / problem of samaj person. I am Not happy at visit Shree Somnath Maheswari Samaj Atithi Gruh.
Very clean and decent rooms located at a walk able distance to the Somnath temple. The location is very peaceful and the Atithi Gruh has close to 500 rooms. The amenities available are drinking water and clean towels. The price for non AC room was Rs.700 in Feb,2019 and they take refundable deposit of Rs.300 while booking. People can book the accommodation online by visiting the somnath trust website. The Atithi gruh has also an inhouse kitchen where one can get meals, breakfast and tea, coffee at very moderate prices.
It is very near to Somnath temple. Very neat and clean. Good ambience and good gentry. Food available which is as good as home made food. All breakfast, Lunch and dinner all available. As temple and beach at walking distance so best place to stay. Very systematic check-in and check-out.
It's very bad to stay in mahaeswari athithi gruh in Somnath. Salted water running in room bathrooms we have complaint for same then they gave foolish reasons. Staff is not supporting and we had very bad experience.

Positives Room Cleanliness Room size Price super low 950 for a night on dbl occupancy Good food option within and around Negative Too long a process for check in, two times registration once at office and once at bhavan reception Beds little uncomfortable No hot water arrangement But at this price I can bet you can’t get anything better.
