This was my second trip to this Hotel and the first one in Winter. The place is simply amazing. The view from the rooms of the neighbouring mountains is mesmerising. The staff of the hotel are very professional and friendly. The food is good although i would prefer more non veg dishes in the Buffet, The restaurant is outdoors and a place you love to have food in, although they provide in room dining on demand. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. We accidentally locked ourself out and they took all pains to get the room open for us again. There is adequate heating arrangements and we didn't feel cold even in minus 5 outside. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a nearby hill covered with snow. Theres running hot water and bathrooms with cubicle so we could take bath without feeling a chill even when it was icy outside. The washrooms are modern, the bedding clean. My friends are all super excited to see my photos and now we are planning another trip soon. I would however suggest one to book early as the place is usually overbooked. Highly recommended,

Stayed here for one night. A newly build hotel, surrounded by hills and greenery. Hotel has a big lawn where you can sit and relax with your family and friends and enjoy the snacks. Staffs are very attentive and the owner himself take care of everything here. You can view breath taking views from your room itself. They have a restaurant too. The only problem I faced here is that beds are set low to the ground and it's uneasy for aged people.

One of the most picturesque locations we have ever stayed at. This hotel is not on the main road and is a little away from the crowd and noise. It sits beautifully in middle of the hills.

All staff members were courteous and cooperative, specially the people at the restaurant including the head chef were very very helpful and sweet.

The room and the view from the room were just awesome. Memorable stay.

We booked Village walk for 2 nights. The location of this hotel is good as one can directly view Thajiwas glacier from the open area and the rooms. Staff behavior and service is also good.

Food is below average and they will charge a bomb for this. Very limited breakfast options as well. Chef is very confident that he cooks amazing food but someone needs to tell him to stop living in dreams. So if you are visiting this hotel, please ensure to consume simple food.

Sonmarg is beautiful, but this trip was even more special because of the 'Village Walk". At the onset we were mesmerized by its architecture and the beauty of the snow capped hills all around it. The staff gave us a smile every single time we interacted. The cold breeze and lush green garden with chairs and tables was the perfect place to sip on hot 'Kahawa' prepared specially for us. The rooms were beautiful, royal, spick and span. We had a beautiful view on two sides which woke us up in the morning. The washroom was beyond expectations with the most beautiful fittings and a sliding shower enclosure. The kitchen dished out cuisines from all over the country and world. They were more than happy to bring the delicacies right to our door so that we could really sit back and enjoy our vacation. I must commend the chef and the staff, they were amazing. The cherry on top has to be the charismatic Mr.Shehzad. He walked around with his smart overcoat and hat, making sure every guest was more than just comfortable. Sitting around the bonfire and listening to his stories while they played soft music was the highlight. We took his recommendation and help in sightseeing. It was the best trip ever and 'Village Walk' had a huge role to play in it. Cheers to the team!

The property is located in middle of snow covered mountains. The hotel is amazing. Rooms are comfortable with good views of the snow covered mountains. The room even has a heater as well the bed has a separate heater. Even if you're here in snow fall or freezing winters you'd still feel warm with 2 bed heaters and 1 normal heater. Hotel food is amazing. The chef here can make amazing food according to your taste. The room service is quick and fast.

When we entered the hotel there was a family complaning any way we were given the room .when we entered the room the bed was broken the curtain was torn. When i started making tea there were no tcm the tray was empty I had to ask for it . When i went to the washroom and washed my face but no towels and no napkins when we asked for it they said it is comming from srinagar . When you have booked a room and selling it for such a high price around 10000 for one night, still there was no basic amenities in the room . staff was un trained un professional and the restaurant is lke a dhabha .this is not a four star property highly priced with no services it is just a guest house

Sonamarg is famous for its beautiful scenic views and this hotel offers majestic views from its rooms. This is located right in the middle of Sonamarg city. It has ample parking space for vehicles. We stayed here for one night.

We booked a super deluxe room but we got a nice upgrade to Premium room with a beautiful view from our room. The hotel staff is very courteous and friendly.

The restaurant food is cooked fresh and served hot once ordered. Prices are reasonable. They have a variety of cuisines on menu.

There is a huge seating space in front lawns and if the weather is pleasant you can carry your food along and staff will happily serve you in the lawns as well.

Overall, a nice property with all the amenities and breathtaking views.

Visited Sonamarg with my family in June and stayed at this property. Enjoyed every bit of my stay here. The rooms are really clean and tidy with clean linen and towels. The bathroom has latest fittings and very clean. The owner of the property quite invested personally and was at the property all through our stay taking care of everything.
Special thanks to the Chef Raju for lip smacking food. The staff is courteous and helpful. I would really recommend this place.
