Just back from a 1 week stay. Had a large 2 bed apartment. One of the bedrooms stunk of cigarette smoke, so not very nice.

Bedrooms were Ok, but beds very hard.

The site and the apartments are a little tired and really do need refurbishment.

Air conditioning worked well. Nice balcony.

Due to covid, there was no cleaning during stay (although they still charged the same fees) and the apartment was rather sparse, so perhaps non-essentials had been removed for easier cleaning.

The floor was rather dirty. I think it had stood empty for a while and had got a bit dusty - would have been good to have had a cleaning refresh before our stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked a studio unit via RCI exchange. The building reserved for timeshare has no elevator, and our unit was on the 3rd floor. The unit was spacious enough, but everything is just a bare minimum. Only one tiny bar of soap was provided. No shampoo, no paper towel, no facial tissue, no pool towels. There’s a safe in the closet, but it’s for rent.
Resort’s staffs were very nice and courteous. There’s free parking.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Our unit was about 50 years old. Stove not fully functioning.
The 2 twin beds were uncomfortable. Not much of a view but nice patio space. We were able to get this unit about 3 months prior to our vacation and it was the only one available in Portugal, so I knew it wouldn't be top choice.

Had to cancel our booking in Italy and we were able to book Oasis Village Apartments on short notice. The RCI representative was very helpful. Everything we needed was onsite (pool, restaurant, and bar) and the staff was very friendly.

Not up to RCI's usual standard! The apartment was large and the kitchen equipment was good, but we were very near a busy dual carriageway, with constant traffic noise when sitting out on the balcony.. The furniture was dated and needed some repair. The TV channels were dreadful, which could be difficult for a family staying when the weather was poor. The area around the main pool was grassy and could get muddy, so the surrounds were not the cleanest! The free bus to the beach and marina was a bonus as, without a car, it was a long walk or a taxi ride. Most of the staff were helpful and courteous.
We enjoyed our holiday and the weather was wonderful, but we would not stay here again.

I returned to Oásis Village and even at the end of August and with many guests it managed to have a calm atmosphere. I like a place with people that at the same time manages to be pleasant and maintain the quality of the service (cleaning, service at reception, the quality of the green spaces).
This time I went more often to the restaurant across the street, in Parque Mourabel, and it was a good surprise, because the food is not "for tourists"; It has good dishes and they are made with care.

We booked this through a timeshare exchange (RCI) and we’re extremely disappointed in the quality of the accommodations. The gardens and lawns were unkempt, the paving stone walkways wet in disrepair and a tripping hazard. The unit itself was basic and in need of some basic repair and maintenance. The patio furniture was plastic and dirty and needs replacement.

My wife and I have stayed at the Oasis many times the apartments are managed by the Mourabel Hotel. The apartments are basic but clean and kept in good overall repair. Any problems have been dealt with quickly. There are about 6 restaurants in easy walking distance. I do not include or recommend the restaurant at the hotel. There is a courtesy bus into Vilamoura, but the taxis are cheap or you can walk it in 20 minutes. We find it a relaxing area with the night life only 20 minutes away.

Me and my husband went to the algarve with my 2 beautiful girls on our first ever family trip. We so enjoyed it!! It was brilliant! The Marina was out of this world and i would definately go again!! the place was so beautiful and relaxing and the BEACHES!! Well what can i say!!! They were unbelievably fantastic! You have to see it to believe it!! The hotel was great and the waiters couldnt do enough for you! We had cleaning maidens coming in everday changing towels and leaving the room spotlessly clean. The algarve is such a clean, beautiful, hassel-free, calming and relaxing place and was the best holiday i've ever had! The only downfall was that we only went for 1 week and we were just starting to explore when it was time to come home. 2 weeks would have been grand! The hotel room was really nice and i couldnt complain about the food either. We went on loads of excursions which was worth it because we had a chance to see many of the beautiful places in the algarve. If anyone says any different then either their a snob or just sad!! VISIT THE ALGARVE!! ITS BRILLIANT!! Definately a place i would visit again!!

We found it quite boring nothing around unless you get the free bus but rember the bus only holds 8 people at a time you have to wait till it come back or get the local bus into alburvira now there's loads of shops there, most people there rent cars as there's nothing else to do,but hay there's a beautiful marina with lots of shops and the beach is right next to it ,give it a try there is tours at reception which we only went to the old town you can't help but love that some people love it some don't just go and enjoy hope it's helped
