Bedrooms were Ok, but beds very hard.
The site and the apartments are a little tired and really do need refurbishment.
Air conditioning worked well. Nice balcony.
Due to covid, there was no cleaning during stay (although they still charged the same fees) and the apartment was rather sparse, so perhaps non-essentials had been removed for easier cleaning.
The floor was rather dirty. I think it had stood empty for a while and had got a bit dusty - would have been good to have had a cleaning refresh before our stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Resort’s staffs were very nice and courteous. There’s free parking.
The 2 twin beds were uncomfortable. Not much of a view but nice patio space. We were able to get this unit about 3 months prior to our vacation and it was the only one available in Portugal, so I knew it wouldn't be top choice.
We enjoyed our holiday and the weather was wonderful, but we would not stay here again.
This time I went more often to the restaurant across the street, in Parque Mourabel, and it was a good surprise, because the food is not "for tourists"; It has good dishes and they are made with care.
"Stay away from the bar side of the hotel. They have a great happy hour and the party runs into the evening."Read full review
