We stayed for one night in November 2018 and payed €50 without breakfast. Parking was €11.50 Merida itself was really good especially the roman ruins and the squares with very nice bars and restaurants. Well worth a visit. The hotel is centrally located and has parking.…
This hotel was unrecognisable from the photos on Booking.com. It was gloomy and the bedroom was not unlike one in a cheap bed and breakfast with extremely hard beds - no good night’s sleep for us. The bathroom had a chipped polystyrene ceiling and we had no hot water …
The good things are the central location and the good secure parking. Otherwise this was below standard in everyway. But the breakfast! Quality, quantity, variety and service were really not good. But to highlight just one item! the coffee; well it came out as some weird mousse…
Well located with good secure parking. Room was fine, great shower and breakfast was very good and plentiful buffet style with hot and cold choices. Easy walk to the various tourist / architectural places to visit.
Very enjoyable stay at this clean and comfortable hotel which is well situated for the Roman Excavations, 5 minute walk. The square is in the opposite direction also 5 minutes, so very central. Breakfast is basic but plentiful and the server is charming.
"Don’t stay here"
"no views available as far as I know"
"If you are looking for romance this would not be the place."
"All rooms would be fine, although being in a city higher floors may be quieter. We were on 2nd floor and that was very quiet."
