Location is very good. Right in the centre but the room was dirty and dusty. Breakfast was very poor. Would recommend eating out. Staff were not very helpful. On the good side the bed was comfy and air-conditioning was good. Parking (extra cost) was right outside. Wi fi only in main reception. Wouldn't go back.

Loved the historic feel of the hotel but it does mean rooms come without windows which was disappointing and due to thickness of the walls there is no wifi in the room but very clean and comfy bed. Excellent location and the rooftop terrace was a little bonus for excellent views of the cathedral

Stayed here in April of 2015 and were shocked to find painters still working on the front facade by some bedrooms. There was also only one single member of staff to man the front desk and make beds upstairs in moments of respite from incoming customers. The location in a square opposite the cathedral made finding it easy. Another landmark...

This hotel is well located, public areas were nicely furnished and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is right next to the police station but it was very quiet. All in all, a very nice place at a good price.

A lovely old building converted into a hotel, the location is excellent, very peaceful and walking distance to everything. Our room was very spacious but a little dusty and the coffee tray very dirty and full of empty coffee capsules (no new ones). WiFi does not work in the bedrooms

We spent three nights here last weekend and overall i was very happy with my stay. My room 205 was on the front on the first floor so there was noise through the night from the road outside, but its not the M25 so its important to keep perspective. The view from my room did take in the cathedral and...

The hotel is situated on a square next to the police station. There are some traffic noise from the street as the windows are old 1 layer type. It is a nice old type type of a hotel with a certain class. On top there is a nice roof terrasse where You can enjoy a good book. It is only...

We cannot say anything bad - but it would have been nice for the breakfast to have been included in the price. Very polite staff, clean, comfy and the view of the cathedral actually bought a tear to my eye. Parking a nightmare so book a space with the hotel. Great bars and restaurants nearby- we only wanted a cheap...

The location was perfect. Close to touristic bus stop, many restaurants, views on Citadel. There was a man at the reception who was very nice and would go out of his way to help us, he even made us a list of good local wines. Very charming rooms but nowhere near perfect.

We spent a week at the hotel. We received our request for room in high floor with a view of the cathedral. The hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance from anywhere, downtown, restaurants, shopping, winery Tio Pepe and others. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Hotel maintenance is not perfect, but we got great value for our money. Above...
