The whole experience started when we got there, the gardens are lovely, and the room was lovely and big! Plenty of parking for our hire car - although it is a little pricey to park. The room was spotlessly clean, huge bathroom, with a big walk in shower, and the bed was so comfortable I slept for 10 hours solid...

Having just returned from Jerez this hotel is ideally located with easy access to all the local attractions. The room that we had was large and spacious and very quiet. The staff at the hotel are polite and really make your stay. This hotel was booked through a package to watch the World Super Bikes and the transfers to the...

This is not a five star hotel Barely 3 star. Our room, ,flaking damp plaster on the wall. Ancient tv with grainy picture with very limited range of channels set inside old style wooden cabinet with doors which wouldn't open to permit a decent view. No functioning wi fi. No tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom smelt of sewers. Waste water emerged with...

We stayed for two nights at this hotel in Jerez in August. The entrance lobby is quite impressive and you really expect the 5 stars to shine up elsewhere, however the hotel needs some refurbishment and renewing. Our standard room was large enough with comfy beds and included a small terrace to sit outside, something we might have done if...

Hotel was great they fitted us in last minute, rooms were lovely, only a short walk to the centre. They have us a great tour to join and recommended a nice restaurant. We enjoyed our stay at Jerez, it's a small intimate hotel, and the staff gave us lots of tips. Definitely the place to stay in Jerez!

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Had booked an executive room, 50 sq.meter. It was a good deal because we only payed 50 euro for the room. On booking.com they say it's a 5 star hotel. But for us it's more a 3 star hotel. Indeed we had a spacious room with a huge bathroom but this bathroom...

We stayed in this hotel for a few days at the beginning of April. During the first night the room became very hot as the air conditioning was not working. I was told that they do not turn it on outside high season. For the same reason the rastaurant was closed for dinner and the swimming pool was not in...
