Our business associates booked us into this hotel for four nights very late as it was situated next to the historic centre of Caceres. We had high hopes of this hotel having read the other reviews on trip advisor but were very disappointed. Not wanting to embarrass our hosts who paid for our accommodation, we decided to stay instead of... More

Very obscure, claustrophobic, tired room, did not wish to stay inside the room. Mattress and pillows were terrible, all our body joints were acking in the morning. Fast internet during our middle-of-the-week stay, don't know for weekends. Personnel helpful. For breakfast try something out, Extramadura tapas are very delicious. Terrace unacceptable, plastic green grass carpet covering dangerous holes of the... More

Expensive for what it is. A tired hotel badly maintained. 4 star it certainly isn't. Shower & hair dryer badly fitted. Floor cheapest laminate. No nice touches at all and all info only in Spanish. No international tv. View of old beds and discarded equipment. Breakfast followed the same pattern. Uncaring, laid out early and left for the very few... More

This comfortable hotel is conveniently situated near the histotic centre, and close to restaurants, but is quiet. It has on site parking, a bonus in Cáceres, and is competitively priced. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very recommendable.

I was fortunate enough to go to this hotel three times for New Year's Eve - or Old Years Night as they say in Devon where I used to live and in Spain where it is called Noche Vieja ( or Old Night). Fantastic meal, wonderful service, plenty of wine and cava, dancing till dawn!

The best thing about the hotel is the location: very close to the old historic center of the city. Service was ok, but as another reviewer stated we had absolutely no help with bags (or really anything other than getting our keys). Even indications as to where to eat were problematic. Language was not a problem, as several in our... More

Quite a chic little hotel on a busy bus route. Foyer / bar was comfortable enough but to align with the car park entrance required holding up the town traffic and then into the elevator to take you and your car down below! The breakfast and breakfast room I can only describe as bleak and basic. The hotel is close... More

This a modern hotel in an old world town. The location of the hotel itself isn't great, but it's close to everything a tourist would want to see. The staff was helpful in showing where we could park, but we did have to take all of our own bags upstairs...not a big deal, but the four star rating on Expedia... More

Drove directly here from Madrid and was a little put off by its location on a very narrow, busy street. However, once we were directed to the underground parking (in a car elevator!), we found ourselves in a modern room facing the center of the hotel, so had no road noise. Caceres main plaza and sidestreets were only minutes from... More

We booked this hotel based on its location, relatively cheap price and the fact that Expedia had it as a 4 star property. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, but it is not a four star property. However, it's not priced as a four star hotel...we paid $60 a night, breakfast and parking not included. I'll start by saying the... More
