Firstly, Letojanni- the perfect place for a vacation. Close to the biggest attractions of Sicily. Hotel - great location. Right next to the beach (rocky beach - water shoes needed), private beach - sunbeds (for this standard of the hotel should be included in the price of the room (you must pay god sunbeds.Hotel can always slightly increase the price of the room and give it for free :)). Breakfast as in every hotel in the world (we lacked vegetables - but it results from the fact that Italians eat more sweet than other nations :)). Rooms very clean (and the whole hotel), large, great air conditioning. Wifi is available, but slowly. Very friendly and helpful service (transfer to the airport, to Taormina, etc.). The hotel is of a really high standard (hard to find in Italy).

Staff is amazing, especially Benedetta from reception. Food is amazing, big choice and very delicious. Beds are so comfortable. Wi-Fi works great. We needed one hair dryer, they brought us one in a room in a moment! Sea is just infront, very clean and nice

Excellent hotel ! All the Staff were extremely helpful and friendly . Room was clean , with stunning view of the water . Food was great - they make fresh baked goods on-site in the morning ! The location is perfect as you’re right on the beach and close enough to Taormina without being in the hustle and bustle of it all .The shuttle bus service was perfect as it takes you right into Taormina making for the best day trip . Only fault was that we didn’t stay longer ! Could easily stay a week here .

We spent a wonderful 10 days here and enjoyed it all. The rooms are modern and airy and the balcony with a sea view was very special. Kettle, coffee machine, dressing gowns and flip flops all provided in the deluxe room. Always something to see in this lovely family resort. The beach is pebbly, but clean and the water is clear and refreshing in the baking hot sun with hotel sun beds and parasols to hire daily and a bar service. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and lovely coffees to order. The reception staff were very helpful (particularly Domenico) and planned train/bus routes for us with lots of info.Letojanni is close to Taormina and within easy reach of Catania and has its own vibrant community with bars, seafront restaurants and amazing views out over the rugged coast. The Albatros Beach Hotel is a smart, clean and modern place to stay, where the staff are always keen to help with a smile. It stands out a bit from the rest of Letojanni, which is a traditional coastal town, where the majority of the shops and restaurants are a bit uninspiring. This contrasts sharply with Taormina, on the hillside above Letojanni, which is filled with stylish shops, bars and eateries. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to and from there, though the day and evening. We found one member of staff particularly helpful, Bernadetta on the front desk. She re-organised car hire and an excursion at very short notice when we were away from the hotel, a real credit to them. The hotel provided a perfect balance between beach holiday and a base to enjoy Sicily.

I stayed at the Albatros Beach Hotel in July 2021. Coming to Sicily for the first time, I split my trip in 3 parts: Letojanni, Taormina and Ortigia. My first stop was the Albatros Beach Hotel in this cute, small and amazing village (Letojanni). I had no idea what to expect before coming, but thought it was a cheap and modern looking beach front hotel. This hotel is really nice. It's modern, clean - and the staff is truly epic and will lighten up your day. My room was spacious, clean and really nice. The beach is full of beautiful pebbles and the water was beautiful, clean and super clear. I never had an issue getting a beach chair. Letojanni is a charming and small village - but you will probably not want to stay in the village for too long, as there are many other amazing villages and towns around. Rent a car. The taxis are super expensive.…

Nicely appointed rooms, across from the beach and with available parking. Just stay away from the fixed menu dinner. Breakfast is good. The personnel is wonderful and they go out of their way to help. Be careful if you are driving with the directions from Google maps. They lead us to an unpassable narrow road and we had to back up for one block.

We had and amazing few days at the hotel. Service was excellent, food was good and the most important thing- we had a beautiful view from our terrace. When we arrived we were upgraded with a sea view room that was spacious. Hotel is on the beach and it is nearby good restaurants in Letojanni. Totally recommend the place!

This is going to be a lengthy one. Visited the hotel for 10 days with my mom for her bday and had to do last minute changes to the reservation due to Covid restrictions. First for the hotel: Freshly renovated, the rooms are brand new, modern, clean, big and with great view. The beach is private, extremely clean and the sun-beds are brand new as well. I dont think the picture do the hotel justice. Thats probably the first ever hotel I have visited where the rooms are actually looking better in real life - absolute gem. Staff: The General Manager Piero and his staff are absolutely exceptional. They have went above and beyond to accommodate our stay and made sure we felt amazing at all times. They genuinely take care of everything and do constant check ups to make sure guests are feeling great. Absolutely exceptional professionals. We had some requests even before our stay (as mentioned due to Covid regulations)and everything was organized quickly and stress free. @Piero, thank you thank you thank you for making this trip complete success in times where stress is all around us. Piero and his staff are truly brilliant. We need more of them.:)…
