We choose this Danhostel since it was the nearest location for a private party. Rooms were spacey and we had a great view over Kolding Fjord. For a quick stay over it was all in all a nice experience. Good value for money and the "resort" was very well kept. Breakfast was also fine and exceeded our expectations.

Very nice hostel in a quiet neighborhood (also quiet in the sense that here is not even a kiosk nearby). Nice clean room with exit directly to the spacious lawn which was good with kids as they could come and go safely. Common areas were also well maintained. The hostel is about kilometer or so from the center.

Great value. got a nice clean room for me and my gf. Put the two single beds together as one. Fast WiFi (15mbit+) close to city centre. We ordered an extra night :) 395 DKK in the middle of summer/high season is very reasonable. just 1hr drive to Germany.

There were 6 in our room, but there was plenty of space. There was a door that opened to let fresh air in, private bathroom, motel-style entrance with doors all leading to the outside of the building with a reception building separate. I loved the mattress. It felt a bit like memory foam, so I slept great! I would have...

We ourselves are not very familiar with hostel, had an idea, but eventually it was not too bad. On the contrary, we will do more. Our room looked clean and big enough for family of 5. Well one selected with private toilet and spacious shower. Beds were clean and formatted. Room itself was also clean and nice view. Location is...

We stayed here for one night on our way up to Ringkobing last weekend. As we knew we would be arriving late, I made sure to contact Danhostel prior to our arrival so the keys, sheets and towels were available for us to pick up (reception closes at 6pm in June). We loved the peaceful location of the hostel as...

My mother grew up in Kolding and her and I have visited from Canada many times. As much of the family has gotten older we decided to stay at a hotel this time. Danhostel allowed us to have our space and a central local from which to go visit people for the day. It was quiet and clean and the...
