Lovely friendly welcome and good value rooms. Comfy beds with powerful shower to wake you up in the morning. Freshly cooked breakfast at the adjacent beefeater and dinner on the first night was good value and good quality

I've visited this hotel a couple of times with work & it's comfortable. Nothing special but it's just what you need for 1 night away. Staff are very friendly and always around to help you. Restaurant attached isn't great, better to travel out for food. Overall a comfortable stay.

When checking in the lady on the desk got us in ASAP. A request to any member of staff was always greeted with a polite response ,and carried out with speed. After asking any of the staff for assistance they also asked if you required help with anything else after sorting out the initial enquiry

As always, the room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the noise was minimal. Lovely Premier Inn to stay at. We didn't have breakfast on this occasion opting to go for something on the move, it would be nicer to have a buffet style selection as opposed to ordering.

Hotel is 5 star but terrible restaurant pulled it down to 4 (possibly even 3). There was no atmosphere, the staff couldn't care and were too busy talking to friends to look after diners properly. They also need to find a new chef as the food was terrible.

We had to travel to Liverpool at short notice last week, and decided to bring the kids, and make a decent break of it. For accommodation, in Liverpool, the prices ranged from crazy to insane. Because we were bringing the car, we looked a little further afield, and while all our Liverpool friends think St Helen's is the other side...

Second time I've used this Premier Inn and each time staff are friendly, helpful and the room was to a very high standard. Great location and the Beefeater next door is great. Location is perfect for visiting Liverpool or Manchester as its central.
