My wife and I had earned a free night's stay at a Hilton hotel through our Hilton Honours and, as it was only one night, we decided not to travel too far. Dunblane only being about 2 hours drive away, fitted the bill as we could have plenty time on the Friday to sightsee. Although we arrived early at the...

I have used this hotel for conferences for around $yrs now and I have never been let down. The hotel rooms are great, the meeting rooms are fantastic and the restaurant is of the best quality. The food is by Nick Nairn so always hits the spots. thanks again and see you guys in September

My husband and I have just returned from another short break at this hotel (celebrating another of his birthdays) and while our room was not as large as the last one, the overall stay was better. We had a Double Deluxe Room (#315) which has a lovely view out to the hotel grounds and Dunblane countryside. The room décor was...

Our 3rd visit and by far will not be the last. Everyone, including other guests, are so pleasant and friendly. Check in was quick and easy, the girl was chatty and smiley. Room was clean, spacious and light. Ate in the Kailyard Restaurant both nights, good choice and exceptional food. Sat in the lounge/bar after dinner both nights and the...

While we were very disappointed by this Hotel, it did have some things going for it. The staff were very good and the restaurant food was really nice. I noticed several former guests have left reviews commenting on the cleanliness of the rooms and we felt a similar disappointment. I have included some photo,s which shows the awful state of...

2nd time this year we have visited (1st time was early February) we always went to the Hilton in Dunkeld but this has been taken over and now not owned by Hilton. Everything about Dunblane is as good. Staff are excellent , surroundings (plenty to do) and a very well stocked bar. We just want a place to relax and...

We chose this place because it was OK distance from Edinburgh and had an indoor pool and also because it "looked like a castle". And we were not disappointed. We were impressed with the friendly staff and the nice decor. There was a big wedding but still everything worked smoothly (and it added some festive touches :-) ) The pool...

Summary: * Good location in superb grounds. * Fantastic communal areas. * Great restaurant. * Amazing bar and staff (Melwyn was particularly outstanding both for service and customer care) * Slightly underwhelming rooms. Location: Situated in extensive and immaculately maintained grounds with a sweeping entrance and rolling hill, to the front, the hotel is an impressive site. Close to Sterling...

Just back from a 2 night stay at this hotel. From arrival to departure this was a very pleasant stay. Rooms were very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and portion sizes very good. Breakfast had plenty choice and the haggis was best I have ever eaten. Would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it...

We booked for one night Dinner, Bed and Breakfast on a really good value deal. The hotel was pleasant and the swimming pool, sauna and steam room were popular. The food was very good although slightly limited at dinner. The room was spacious but very warm and the plumbing tapped all night which kept us awake!! we did complain but...
