I have never considered staying at a Premier Inn before. We stayed there as it was close to the theatre where I was performing and such a great price. I was so surprised by the size of the room. There was plenty of room, the bed was comfortable, the room clean, the bathroom ample with bath and shower. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I would definitely consider staying at Premier Inn again as it was such great value especially at this one. We even booked an extra night just so we could hang out for an extra day till tea time! Not sure the attached photo does it justice as it was a very big room . While watching the TV in the room, a Premier Inn ad came on and we both said our room is actually bigger than that one! We'll done Premier Inn!

The upstairs customer had steel feet that weighed the same as a ship. Couldn't get any sleep and upon trying to report it on 2 separate occasions nobody was at the desk, one might say well why didn't you wait at the desk until someone was there to assist and the reason for this was due to being in bed clothing. Hotel itself was reasonable but if I wanted to be somewhere without any sleep I'd have gone to a nightclub.

Stayed for work for two nights, but nowhere near a standard of some Premier Inns and it showed across all areas. ROOM Average. Bed was fine, but no air conditioning. I am used to staying at Premier Inns with air con, but this place doesn't have it, and I stayed during the heatwave. I had a standing fan which wasn't suitable really. STAFF Only spoke to them to check in, but fine. CROOKED LUM This is where it went down hill fast. The greeting I got was 'what you wanting?'. Not very welcoming! Ordered chicken wings and they were soggy and greasy, waste of money. Breakfast was worse as I ordered 2 hash browns and 4 pieces of bacon...the hash browns were soggy and 2 pieces of bacon undercooked. The next morning the chef cooked them within an inch of their life as he must have remembered! AREA You drive through a run down housing estate, past ditched sofa and graffiti on walls. Makes you fear for your car! OVERALL No air con, grumpy staff, sticky tables, undercooked food. Thankfully it was just a work trip, otherwise I'd be gutted at wasting money.

Absolute rubbish, the road in is a disgrace, back dark dark roadway, no lights, looks like an absolute dump. Arrived waited in reception to watch the receptionist talking to the man like he was crap, they banged on my door to say keep the noise down 3 times, first time yes it was us, second and third I was in bed sleeping at 3 am, said if they come up again we getting kicked out? I was asleep pitch black had to be up at 6. I was wide awake by this point fuming now, went downstairs for a smoke, and here the staff is all sitting in a tiny room beside the steps music playing laugh8ng and giggling on, so I politely knocked told them keep the noise down 👍😁 don’t go, use the travel lodge or the one at peel park.

We arrived 40 mins early to check in after a 6 hour long journey. My partner went into reception to ask if she could use the toilet, the receptionist said that she couldn't because it's not open to the public, my misses explained that we have a room booked here for two nights and that we are paying guests. Again the receptionist said because we hadn't checked in we were classed as public still and unable to allow her to use he toilet. We then had to leave and find different public toilets instead. I feel this is totally out of order, and disgusted at the behaviour and policy of this hotel.

Hotel room was good apart from uncomfortable bed. Staff were very pleasant and caring. Cooked breakfast was awful, mushrooms and beans were dried out, went for continental next morning. Coffee from machine was awful, usually machine coffee is very good.Evening meal, both of our starters were tasteless but main course was good. The meals were the most disappointing thing from our stay.

I’ve been staying at the hotel for a few days and the staff are very helpful, so nice and welcoming. Gavin has been especially helpful when I’ve asked questions about where to go and how to get my laundry done as I don’t know the area. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Location is way out and bus journey long and cab is very expensive and far from Glasgow Central need more toilets paper in the room and need much warmer. Checking time is very poor to long to wait after a long journey. Need to have more coffee and tea available without having to ask.
