The room (number 5) was clean and quite large, with a bathroom which had everything required, but nothing felt remotely comnfortable. TV was OK, but there were no instructions for facilities or for the free WiFi, as had been advised at check in. Check In takes place at the Admiral Cunningham, where meals and breakfast are served. Breakfast was OK,...

I have stayed in small guest houses a lot and, on average, for the quality of offering, have paid £30-£38 per night. Here, I was charged £60 per night. While I was not expecting too much, there were many key, completely avoidable factors that let this place down. - mould along the shower sealant - noisy fridge throughout the night...

If it's 1 or 2 night stay your looking for then fine. However any longer it gets rather uncomfortable to stay. My room number 2 was extremely dark and dull with very little light. The shower was poor and you looked out onto construction works. That said it was warm , comfortable and the little extras provided like tea ,...

Trusted the better reviews, was very disappointed. Did not stay in the hotel but in what looked from the outside a derelict house. Inside was ok, the room basic but serviceable but the bathroom was awful. Dingey, dated, with a strong smell of damp, black mould on the tiles and around the bath and tiles falling off. There was a...

We arrived at the guest house after a busy day at Legoland, no one was at the property but a quick walk to the pub soon retrieved keys and we were in. We had booked two rooms, a double and a twin. They were near each other which was handy, both rooms were lovely and clean, both had a microwave,...

This was our second stay. The inn is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. This time we had a twin room with too good beds, quite a bit of space and a good size bath room. Once getting the keys (pay on check in) you can come and go as you please. Being a short walk from The Admiral Cunningham it's...

Where do I start? I was greeted by someone who directed me to the wrong room. Not only that he was incapable of providing me the correct wifi password. Bathroom needed a refurb. The room was ok but not really clean. So much room for improvement. At least onsite parking was good.

When we arrived at the guest house, another guest had to come out of their room to direct us to check in, as the instructions left by the front door directed us to "the pub over the road", which was not visable from the guest house. After checking in, we went up to our room, which I was initially quite...
