Visited this hotel in August with my wife, two children (14&12), Sister, Parents and a family friend. It was a special week's holiday to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Half board booking - Food selection / variation was very poor at both Breakfast and Evening meal. Rooms very basic and grubby in places. No evening entertainment - apart from...

Sorry to hear that the area was not to your liking. We inform tour operators about Paceville and what it is like. The time of year is also crucial, August being the busiest and most frenetic month of the year. We wish you well on your next trip abroad. Yours faithfully, Graham Powell

This is a basic hotel needing a little TLC but does what it says on the tin. If your on a budget this is the place for you. Our all inclusive package cost £250 and was worth it. Rooms were clean, food was good and the bar was open from 10am till 11pm. Two lovely swimming pools which were clean...

Thanks for your nice review. It is of course possible to write higher than 3 stars on Tripadvisor, that rating having nothing t do with the hotel category (just to clarify for future reviews). Regards!

About 30 years ago this was probably a nice hotel, it's not bad now but could do with a facelift; air con being top priority! It was ridiculously cheap so I wasn't expecting much but my main complaint would be that the rooms are absolutely roasting! The reception staff don't seem to be in too much of a rush either...

Some of the reviews of this place are bad but its not that bad in all honesty. Its basic but our room was very clean and the wee cleaner woman (cant remember her name) was really friendly and serviced the room every day. The air con isnt great and the fan is noisy but it does keep the room cooler...

Having read so many bad reviews on the hotel (after booking),I found myself rueing the fact I hadnt read the review first,so when I arrived,I was half expecting a disaster. I was pleasantly surprised that on arrival, the reception area actually looked pretty good. We were given our bands and went to the bar to wait for our rooms to be...

Ok, so the hotel is very basic, satisfactory for a 3 star hotel although I have stayed in better 3 stars. But a holiday is what you make of it. I stayed with my boyfriend for 5 days over my birthday, and we loved it. I've travelled to many places and hotels and this one is ok! We stayed all...
