We booked 3 rooms for 7 adults and 1 infant and got all the rooms on the 4th floor. First impression: The hotel facade looks incomplete and underwhelming. The doorman was nice and the hotel staff are all really friendly and helpful. They do seem a teeny bit eager to get some cash tips but I guess that's a culture...

Stayed in a room on the 4th floor with my partner for 1 night. Upon checking in, we got a room reeking of super strong cigarette smell, and bedsheets had several large, brown stains. We requested for a change of room, and after viewing 2 additional rooms, my partner and I settled for one with slightly more acceptable bedsheets, but...

I enjoyed my stay. The reception may look bland but this seems a no-nonsense hotel with well functioning rooms that has card lock doors and glass door baths. Walls still sport a new coat of paint. Simple, elegant. With TV network and free wifi. And a security safe. Only complaint is the lousy view. They could clean up the compound....

For me, the location is good.. not on the main road but very easy to go around.. to Nagoya Hill mall less than 10 minutes walking...... to go for meals, to go for supermarket, even night supper very close... The breakfast is okay, they have 52 tv channel , the bathroom is okay, only the amenities quite short ... but...

Firstly, i would really give a thumbs off for their service. I liase with the Manager, Mr Dodi. He managed to get someone to pick me up at the Harbour Bay Terminal. And the person was Punctual. Secondly, when i first step in the hotel, they welcome me with a smile and ask for my reservation. They thought i booked...

Overall an average hotel. Good breakfast and decent service. But need to provide many value added facilities. The hotel staff does not communicate well in English so it's a pain for non Indonesian traveler. Additional charges has to be incurred if you order breakfast in your room. They accept cash for payments but they don't have change to provide you...

Room rate is rather cheap, however, the housekeeping is not very clean. Hotel looks rather old on the exterior, and air-con is colder in some rooms but is not very cold in some other rooms. Breakfast is included in room rate and they serve a small variety of breakfast but taste is acceptable. Hotel is quite a walking distance to...

Me and my friend checked-in at this place and for first timers, it wasn't that bad at all. though it was situated in a far area from the city proper of batam and so we had to talk a cab just to get out and back in the hotel. there's wifi and breakfast plus a good massage free in the...
