Always a nice stay here - rooms are clean, food is good. At check in today the lovely Beth was working and she was awesome - so welcoming and helpful! After a long drive it was great to see such a friendly face :)

We were visiting family in the north east and decided to book a hotel that was mid point for convenience. We booked this hotel at a very good rate for twin nights. The room was a very good size and the accessible bathroom was perfect for my husbands disability. The bed was really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was very good value for money.

All I wanted was a base to visit friends and family before Christmas. Premier inn was great value for money so didn’t expect much. Room was clean, comfortable, everything worked as it was meant too. Room heating was adjustable, bathroom was clean and well finished ( water pressure could’ve been a bit better but place was busy) Despite being busy people snd staff were respectful and there wasn’t much noise. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and had a great attitude. Food was great and the meal deals were very good value. Only negative was the parking there seemed to be ample but filled very quickly after 6 pm, wasn’t a major issue as you can park at the front at the restaurant

The room was clean and modern, the shower was good and the bed was very comfy. The Brewer's Fayre next door was handy for breakfast and dinner and drinks, great pub food. The staff in both the Premier Inn reception and the Brewer's Fayre were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
