A warm welcome on arrival and a warm welcome the next morning. Very friendly and helpful (and took our bags to our room after we'd left our luggage due to being too early for check in). Great, powerful shower as well.

I can’t remember, it never came up, sorry! Reception staff are so very good that they’d sort you out if it killed them!
