About 20 km of skiing you reach this mountainlodge beautifully situated close to the Sylarna glacier. Hot showers, sauna, nice rooms and friendly staff. A place for outdoor adventures both summer and winter.

Hi! It's beautiful up there in the mountains. A magical place that can offer the unexpected. Most people can find enjoyment in the combination of loneliness out on the hiking trails and the familiar feeling and interaction between people at the mountain station.

We stayed two nights at Sylarna, hiking the Jämtland triangle. The staff in the reception was helpful and friendly and the atmosphere at the lodge was friendly and nice. Overall, our stay was really pleasant. However, I get the feeling that the self catering kitchen is a bit too small for the lodge (it was more than busy both evenings)...

From the station there are great views of the surrounding mountains. We arrived in mist and only a few degrees above zero so the sauna was highly appreciated. There is no food service as in the other stations but you can by food in their store or bring your own and cook. Breakfast buffet is available and tasted just great....

We were here for one night, when we walked the Jämtland Triangle. Staff was very friendly, everything was very clean. There is a big kitchen for preparing dinner. Dinner is not offered here, but they have a small shop, were you can get what you need. Breakfast is very good and good value for money. Our room was big enough...

The double rooms are excellent for hikers, and the assortment for self household is very good. Their breakfast is what you need for a long hike into Norway. Good value for money, nice and efficient staff.

This was my second vissit to the mountainstation but my first in the summer. There are available facilities to cook your own dinner, and they sell you what you need for a good dinner. (Possible to preorder dinnerchests with all you need) They sell a good breakfast buffet and you can add a "lunchpacket" that includes tea, chocolate, coffe, hot...

This was my first experience in a not fully staffed hut. I didn't quite know what to expect but it sure exceeded my expectations. Great welcome with drinks, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast buffet. The shop offered a wide choise of articles and there were plenty of facilities to cook your own diner.

“Rooms range from a spartan dormitory to rooms for 2, 4 or 8 people. They have several rooms for people with dogs. Those rooms is in their own cabin and bit mor spartan than the 2,4,8 people rooms but is great for those that have a dog.”
