Verry nice property,in Kerala style.Situated next to the river,a good swimming pool,with comfortable loungers.The rooms have authentic antic furnitures,good beds.A verry nice patio.The breakfast was verry good,and the lady of the house prepared the dinner for us,verry nice and tasty.We only had 1 day to spend there,and we regretted it verry much,but,,,we will go back again.

The resort was calm and quiet with flowing river on a side. The space was too good that we even could play football in the premises. There were ample space for people to sit and talk. The resort added the fun to our 10 years Reunion.
The home maker Aniljith was too helpful. He brought us Jack fruit when it is asked for and helped in cleaning and preparing it. Morning tea was also served on time. Tender coconut was provided as welcome drink. The rooms were clean and maintained with bathrooms open to sky.
Cons :
1. It could have been better to give a direction guidance to the Resort. We found it very difficult to reach the resort even with the direction shown in their website, and with the direction sent by the caretaker.
2. We had lot of expectations with the food at Madilina resort. However, the food was way too disappointment. Since we were 10 people attended the Resort, there was ample options to make variety in the dishes, at least it could have been made tastier. We had veg, fish, chicken and beef. But none of them met our expectations on taste.
3. Over the phone, the caretaker agreed the break fast menu as Puttu kadala, Masala dosa and Bread butter continental dishes too. But we had seen only puttu and kadala and that too got over in some time. The replaced Egg curry for Kadala curry was too blank that it was no way worth for any taste in it.
So the food part, be in dinner or breakfast, was too disappointment
