Atrocious hotel. It’s not a hotel- a lodge is the correct word with edible food. Pathetic staff which also includes the operations incharge who doesn’t even know what goes on in his own workplace. Rooms- better staying at a lodge or a serai: might find much better options than what we saw. Torn wallpaper, rusted bathroom fittings, broken sink… the list goes on and the staff- icing on the cake: lie through their nose and can’t even comprehend Hindi or English. I understand I am in Andhra- however this is hospitality business: you will get people from all over the country/ world. Never ever again to this place at least!

Thank you Vinodh and team for a pleasant stay at Prabhaa grand in I would like to call out few things in specific- Staff were courteous and took time to explain the package and things to see around chittor. Appreciate it Food was good and was served on time including the buffet breakfast. We would recommend to split the Batchelors including smokers to a different floor , This will make it convenient for guests with families Thank you for making our stay special Dr Raj C Mohan

We stayed here for a night this weekend (16th and 17th Nov 2019). The stay was pleasant. The roof top restaurant and the fast food attached serve some decent food. The staff here are extremely courteous and prompt. Good service quality too. This is probably your best stay option in Chittor. Will visit again if I return to this town again.

I stayed here for three days in September, on a business trip in the region. Chittoor is a small town and this seemed to be the best hotel when I checked. I wasn’t disappointed. The rooms are well furnished for a hotel in this category. Air conditioning worked well, bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good sleep. The roof top restaurant- Amravathi - served good food with good service. Menu choice was fairly good too. The breakfast dining room on the other hand needs improvement. Ventilation and cleanliness needs improvement. The table mats and chairs were not cleaned regularly. Location of the hotel seems to be in what is the small town center and market area. Overall I had a good stay and this hotel is very good value for money.

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel and I must say that it simply is the best hotel in Chittoor with equally good staff to satisfy your needs and make sure that you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are well maintained with good toilets and clean linen and adequate toiletries. Room service is quick and waiters carry a pleasant smile. Check in and check out is fast. Air conditioning in the room works absolutely superb and one can snuggle inside comfortably under the blankets and have a beautiful restful sleep.All in all I must say Superb.

I visited this hotel to on holidays with my family, and stay was excellent, from the starting of warm welcome everything is awesome. Mr.Aravind and team was amazing by given warm welcome to us which was unpracticed in this town(i had stayed in other properties which are bad in service and overall care), we really felt very happy with service and food especially(yummy) with prabha grand (thanks to chef). When we enter the room which was awesome and the room was spic and span. Overall our experience was excellent and the staff interact with us very decent manner. Thank you so much to General Manager Mr.Aravind and the management for having maintained well of such wonderful place. Please keep up the same. Certainly will recommend and looking forward to comeback soon.

Visited this place for the first time and was thrilled with the ambience and the food varieties available. Great tasty food and their USP is absolutely the ambience.😍 Price is on a higher side though for the place it is in. Also service can improve coz the staff doesn't seem to be trained well.
