I was taking some of my family around Asia and had always wanted to stay here, so we booked the 2 night full board package and it was the perfect way to end a trip. The location is stunning and the rafts are ingenious. It was great to just lay around either in the hammock or the sun chair and... More

Make sure you know that this place have no power which mean no fan no air-con and no wifi. It is a great place to escape the crazy outside world and be with yourself reading a book next to River Kwai. The view is amazing. Floating in the river is the best experience I ever had. At night they lit... More

We are bag packing around Asia and wanted to head to Kanchanaburi so we decided to book a night here after seeing it featured in an online Blog. It was out of our budget but the place looked really cool. No fault but our own though, we got a minibus from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi (that dropped us at the bus... More

This is on of the best experiences of our holiday. The jungle rafts are fantastic offering a real experience to relax in an incredible environment. The three days (two nights) were very enjoyable with excellent excursions with passionate and enthusiastic guides. Jumping in the river, relaxing and feeding the elephants were added bonuses! There is no electricity and this helps... More

We stayed here for Anzac Day weekend 100th year. The place was so perfect. Rooms so cute and basic, but it was so relaxing. No power only kero lights but that made it so much more romantic and relaxing. Had a massage here very relaxing. Show not to bad a bit hard to,understand.

4 of us decided at the last minute to book this hotel because it sounded a little different, it was. Situated on the river Kwai Noir and a short longtail boat trip up this river to get there it was well worth it. No electricity means no credit cards accepted, so make sure you bring some cash to buy drinks... More

My wife & I who are from Sydney Australia & both in our 50's stayed at the River Kwai Jungle Rafts hotel in late March 2015. We were only there for a couple of days & one night. The hotel is situated on the river with no electricity or WiFi. It's a line of wooden bungalows with the sun terrace, sun beds and hammock at the front. Basic accommodation but you don't need anything else. You can jump in the river and let it take you down but remember to get out at the end of the bungalows... More
