Overall experience was good.
The beach gets really crowded in the day. If you want to enjoy the place, I strongly suggest to stay at least for 1 night to enjoy the place after the day tour crowd has left the island.

Similan Island really is a paradise with a beautiful forest. Accommodation is basic but clean. They could do with replacing the mattresses as the springs come through a bit. It is a national park so services are basic but food is available on the island....More

This location was amazing, the marine park is crystal clear waters and clean beaches. The National park accomodation, is very basic for the money, We paid 2000 bht per night. Electric is from 6pm to 6am daily. The room has only a cold water shower....More

There is a basic reception but best to check availability first. We booked through a street agent and paid for everything at once. They arranged transport by bus to a certain point and then speed boat.
