This is the best place to eat on the island. People who complain and give bad ratings forget that this is a small island, not Phuket. If you want it all, go there. But we found this place to be very friendly, professional and the prices for food are just a little bit above the other hotels. But they give...

Camer here with my Thai partner, neither been there before. Was excited by the relative remoteness and simplicity of the destination. Great to travel by boat etc all part of the experience. Facilities were a bit below what expected but remember it is an island. Weather wasn't the best but the water was warm and blue sky and beaches. Some...

Horrible customer service. They made absolutely no effort to accommodate us and over charged our card without authorization. When we asked for a refund in this regard they refused us via email and said we could have a credit that was valid until April. Not only are we not coming back to Thailand by April but we are definitely NEVER...

This hotel is perfect and on a paradise island! You must go. Lovely rooms, great service and right on the beach. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant is also lovely in the evening for a romantic meal. The back of the hotel is having some work done but it doesn't affect the stay other than not being very pretty...

Excellent hotel, extremely friendly staff who were very helpful. Mr Bird was very active to ensure our stay was a good as it could possibly be. Great rooms with a huge double bed. Staff all very friendly. Swimming pool and access to the beach were all perfect. Great stay

You can tell this place had a good design concept at the beginning. Stylish bar and restaurant, polished floors in the rooms, outdoor bathroom, tank style small infinity pool. However since then it gives the impression it has been neglected and has fallen well below a 4 star, in my view. The good: 1. Service. From our arrival to our...

Thank you very much for your comments we would like to explain a few points about our resort : 1. In regarding to the higher prices at SSR compared to other islands like Koh Lanta or Phuket. We have higher prices compared to resorts on islands like Phuket and Samui because Koh Kradan is an uninhabited island without electricity or...

Wow...after two weeks of traveling around Asia's big cities for business this resort was the perfect place to relax. It has a true get away from it all island feel with no cars, bikes or shopping on this very small island. The resort is literally on the beach with beautiful calm sea with incredibly easy access for snorkeling at the...

Since we came here 8 years ago a lot has changed to getting even better in this beautiful resort. Nature has done its part to it and the trees now give nice shelter and shadow on the beach. The menu and food in the restaurant has improved very much. You can enjoy everything from great Thai food to International at...

Quite good stay at the resort. Early season, so not a lot going on. Food in the restaurant was only decent, but still priced way above all other places, so not a place I would recommend to eat. Breakfast was mediocre, though I've tried worse. Prices of massage was 4-5 times what you pay on the mainland, and likely also...

Stayed here for two nights and loved this resort! The rooms were spacious and clean and the beach is breathtaking! One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen! The staff was all so kind and helpful, especially Mr. Bird! Hotel has one restaurant where we are all of our meals. Food was good (keep in mind that there...
