We stayed here for a night in August. We were met by the delightful owner, who showed us around her lovely house. The two of us, and our dog, were made to feel so welcome, and we were soon exploring the extensive grounds through woodland, vines and along the river. It is in a perfect setting. Our room was at...

We stayed overnight on the way back to St Malo. Our room at the end of the first floor corridor was in the style of the house, with a French canopied bed, period furniture and an en suite bathroom with large shower. Most visitors would, we think, enthuse about the warmth and vitality of our host Anne, who owns the...

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of our overnight stay in this charming characterful house - a very warm welcome from the owner, a comfortable room, a lovely dinner and an excellent breakfast. We would recommend it.

The house is beautiful and i can only guess that it would be great in Summer with its pool and lovely grounds. Shame that we never got to taste the wine, unfortunately we were not able to have supper any of the evenings. The breakfasts though were excellent. Nantes, the Loire, the coast etc. all in easy reach of this...

We stayed here sadly just the one night as we were enroute further south. However, we will definitely be back and plan to make this a regular stopover haunt. The house is just charming - stuffed with an eclectic collection of historical and current personal memorabilia. We were travelling with two young children and our family dog and we were...

What a wonderful first night in France, Anne could not have been more welcoming. We were traveling with my 82 year old mother-in-law and she was charmed by the 'petit chateau', the gardens and our host. We had decided to book an evening meal as we had travelled down from Cherbourg and did not know the area, what a good...

We stayed here 3 nights B&B. Madam was a wonderful host and provided us with a freshly prepared, superb evening meal on our arrival. Accommodation was in a Chateau, we had the middle (largest) room of 3 with wet-room shower. Grounds were large, well maintained and include a good swimming pool with lounge chairs. Good car parking. Clisson and other...

Chateau de la Sebiniere is difficult to find, despite being on the main road. The sign sits lower than you expect and the ‘S’ is nearly the same color as the sign. We had a GPS, but would have needed to put in the map coordinates to avoid driving past it 3-4 times. Hint: it is on the right, just...

We stayed here on a driving tour of France. The owner was a gracious hostess welcoming us into her home (the two dogs were equally as welcoming). On the outskirts of Nantes, our large room was quiet at night the large king bed was probably the best night of sleep we had in 2 weeks in France. Great breakfast with...
