I spent a most enjoyable night here last week. The premises are spacious, comfortable, clean and fresh. It's the perfect place to stay in after coming off the ferry from Berneray or when heading for the ferry. I had a first class breakfast of my choice. The local restaurant hadn't been able to open yet for the season due to...

Had a lovely stay here. Owners friendly and very accommodating, even going out of their way to do us an early (6.30am) full English breakfast so we could catch our ferry back to the mainland. B & B is beautifully decorated in a traditional 'home from home' style, we found it very comfortable & cosy, especially in the evening with...

Very friendly and helpful. Good accommodation with great facilities. Nice breakfast with a range of options. Very close to the leverburgh ferry so more practical for the early crossing rather than driving down early from stornoway

We were a party of 3, meeting 2 cyclists doing the "Barra-Butt" who were coming of the early ferry. We had arrived on a Sunday night and we ordered an evening meal in advance. This was a huge success, with good home cooking and generous portions. After dinner we retired to a lovely residents lounge where we were served coffee/tea and mints....

We were lucky to stay just one night (Weds 6th July 2016) at Siane and Mike's home, we arrived on their doorstep unannounced on a whim at 6.30pm having cycled 130km from Barra. We intended staying on Beneray that night and getting a very early ferry, we jumped on the last ferry that happened to be in dock as we...

I can't praise this bed and breakfast enough. From the moment of my arrival I was made to feel welcome and the hospitality of Siane and Mike (Green) was second to none. The house is spotless, spick and span and tastefully furnished throughout as well as situated in a perfect location, a few minutes away from the ferry that takes...

What a delight from start to finish, easy to book, great welcome, immaculate rooms, attentive owners with plenty of local knowledge, and a lovely breakfast to boot. Not to be missed if you plan to visit this area. I can't rate this place highly enough, if all B&Bs were like this travelling would be a delight! Thanks

We were on a cycle/camping holiday; south to north through the Outer Hebrides. There were times when the weather was a little challenging - this was one of those days: we started the day at Balranald on the west of North Uist in glorious sun and sparkling views; by the time we boarded the ferry for Leverburgh we were soaked...

Friendly people, a bed wide enough to actually sleep in it (this is not to be taken for granted, so we learned everywhere else), breakfast tailored to everybody's needs. The ideal base camp for a St Kilda day trip, with only a 2 minutes drive to the pier.

Sian and Mike were hospitable, informative and fun. Mike was skippering the boat to St Kilda that we were on which was great for local knowledge (and a wee seat in the co-pilot's chair). Breakfast around a big table which is nice for mixing with others, plentiful and good quality.
