Only stayed one night, it was my employers choice of accommodation so I had no say. The room I had was lovely and spacious, luck of the draw rather than choice. Clean room, friendly staff. Lots of refurb going on and it's great to see investment in the place for future guests. My only negative was the hot tap didn't...

All staff I dealt with were great. Price was quite good compared to local competition. First room I was in smelt very strongly of damp. The bath had leaked into the wall for quite some time and smelt. You could see the damp coming through into the bedroom wall - peeling and damp. Someone else in my party had same...

I stayed one night. The rate of the hotel compared well with the other hotels in the locality. Room was fine, everything worked, good shower and free wifi. Had a great nights sleep. Corridors a bit frayed some upgrade work ongoing. I had dinner in the restaurant and the service and the food was pretty good. Breakfast was also decent....

We booked a national weekend break for my birthday, we stayed at the Regency very nice hotel despite having a major overhaul. We were greeted by the hotel receptionist, who was very friendly gave us our room number and information on meals. We found our room with no problem. The room was very nice plenty of storage, nice size TV...

Stayed here for 2 weeks recently. The hotel has great facilities, comfortable spacious rooms and friendly staff. I had breakfast here which was basic but nice. I think it's excellent value for money and a good three star.

+ Pool facilities were adequate and the staff on hand at the poolside were fantastic! Good breakfast selection, but could be more obvious that there was a menu of other hot food items available (eggs cooked to order and kippers were also available, but this was not mentioned by any waiters). - We were kept up most of the night...

If your staying here on a business trip then it's perfectly acceptable. Checked in quickly and the rooms were clean, spacious with everything you need. I would have rated my visit as an average one but the restaurant food was fantastic as were the staff they were also exceptionally polite and accommodating. Plenty of parking and other facilities. The only...

Seems like the hotel was the go to place in its hay day, but now with the likes of more modern, cheaper hotels nearby this feels like it's fallen by the wayside. Was booked through my company for an NEC event- and it was listed as one of its preferred partners for this; be wary as they often only have...

I've stayed here for a few nights here and there for business before. I tend to avoid the hotel. I have had to stay here this week due to such poor hotel availability elsewhere. The food at the hotel has absolutely no flavour whatsoever, and I have tried everything they have to offer on the menu. You have to season...

Dear Guest, I am sorry you do not like the food at this hotel, unfortunately we cannot cater to everyone's needs but I will respond with two facts about the food at this hotel. 1) The only item of food within this hotel not freshly made are the breakfast pastries, everything else is made by our team. 2) Our food...
