We booked this hotel and when we arrived we realised it was located in a gully and it was completely unsuitable for just a set of women to stay. Appeared highly unsuitable. So we had to leave late at night and search for a new location

The hotel is good . Serves good food and takes care of its guests. Situated in the predominantly in the Muslim pockets of Cuddapah the hotel boasts of a classy appearance and cool environs. The access roads are narrow but the people are warm and very welcoming.

We stayed in Ziara for a night and it was a short overnight stay en route to Chennai. The rooms are compact yet functional and well appointed. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant but room service can take orders and get them from nearby restaurants. The hotel also has a huge parking area. The only difficulty is finding the hotel because it is inside a narrow street. Perhaps a prominent sign board would help guests find the hotel quicker. I had to ask the locals to locate the hotel despite using Google Maps. Certainly a very nice hotel for short stays.

Visited Kadapa from 19-21 March 2018 for a business trip, staying in Hotel Ziara. Here are the pros and cons of the hotel. Pros: 1. Spacious, clean room with AC and attached bath (which is also well maintained) 2. Quite economical 3. Good service 4. Very big parking area 5. Quite surroundings Cons: 1. Location is not central 2. An abbatoir on the approach (which is somewhat congested just before you reach the hotel) 3. There is no in house restaurant, one has to inform the reception for the need of the food, they organize from a nearby restaurant 4. Food thus provided is tasty but less options for weight conscious

The hotel is easy to find, well maintained for a five year old property. Bathrooms were really clean. There is not restaurant attached but the staff would get food if you order. The hotel is attached to a convention hall and has huge parking space. The approach road is a bit narrow, but it is quite close to the main road

We five (35+ yrs=3, 55+ yrs=2) stayed in this Hotel between 30 Jul 2017 and 31 Jul 2017 (1 night). The hotel is located very near Ameen Peer Dargah (leads than 100 meters) which is easy to locate and accessible. Luckily we visited in the night around 10:00 PM on Sunday so we did not face any traffic issue as the road from main highway (around 2 Kms) is through a busy street. The Hotel has a huge parking space (no shade) as there is a convention hall adjacent to this hotel in the same compound. It is easy to accommodate 50+ cars at a time. The check-in was very easy and quick at reception. We booked 2 “Super Deluxe AC" rooms and they have offered the same. The rooms provided for us were found spacious, very clean and neat. However the maintenance is not up to a the mark as all rooms are stinking with mild smoke and heavy stuffy smell. Hope the management will look into it and work for the betterment. Each room has king size bed, beautifully designed chairs with coffee table, cup board, geyser and a wooden rack. The rooms were quite and we had very sound sleep without any disturbance. The housekeeping and room service were excellent. The front desk staffs are extremely cooperative and helpful. There is no restaurant in this hotel but the hotel people help to get parcel food from a reputed restaurant (they provide restaurant's menu for selection). We ordered south Indian dinner and it was found hygienic and tasty. One night stay in the hotel was fine as there is no other better options available in this location.

To be frank, given that our trip was focused on Yaganti Temple, Belum Caves and Gandikota, we would have preferred staying in Gandikota to save on travel. But since we were going during what was a long weekend, and started scouting for hotels only a couple of days before the trip, we didn’t get any accommodation in Gandikota. Hence we checked nearby places and basis recommendations on Tripadvisor, we selected Ziara Hotels. Booking: We called up the hotel and checked for availability – we blocked the room and for a welcome change, we were not expected to make any advance / upfront payment. The person, Mr. Vaziuddin, said we could pay during checkout. First Impression: We were driving down after a long day spent visiting Yaganti Temple and Belum Caves…and reached the hotel only around 8.30 pm. We were a bit worried when Google Maps took us through small bylanes…but were pleasantly surprised when we reached the hotel. There is plenty of parking space (since they also have a banquet hall in the same location), extremely clean lobby, passages and a very good room – exceeded our expectations. Check-in was smoothly done. Rooms: The room was excellent – enough storage space, clean bathroom, full-length mirror! Food: They don’t have a restautant on site…but they help us by ordering from a nearby restaurant. We only had one meal there – dinner. It was tasty, albeit could prove to be a bit spicy for people who aren’t used to it. We had tea too on a couple of occasions – and it was good. Service: The service was excellent – Mr. Venkatesh, who helped us with the luggage, the room service and the extra bed, is a one-man army! The dinner order came a bit later than we expected and he was truly apologetic – and very concerned for my mom-in-law, considering her age. The service and the reception was also good – very courteous and cordial. Positives: The rooms, the service, parking place! Improvements: Could do with their own restaurant! Moral of the Story: Good option in Kadapa – go for it!

We stayed at this place while visiting Belum caves and Gandikota. The hotel is clean and value for money. They do not have a restaurant and but get food on order from nearby restaurants. The staff is friendly. Overall it is value for money.
