My partner and I stayed here a few weekends ago. The room we had on our first night was excellent except that the only socket available for using the hair drier was nowhere near a mirror! On the second night we were put into a tiny double room. It was barely big enough for a single! Very little room to...

Stayed one night in this gorgeous hotel. We were greeted by their helpful staff offering fantastic customer service. Great value for money as a full English breakfast was included in our tariff and this was enough to carry us through the whole day until dinner that night. We also had dinner in the restaurant and that was exceptional. Would definitely...

Stayed in the very lovely hotel here for one night. It was gorgeous, the room was beautifully clean, spotlessly fresh bedding and towels, a fan, hair dry and tea/coffee facilities in the room along with bottled, still and sparkling, water. We ate in the restaurant last night and had a full English breakfast this morning. Delicious. We will definitely return.

After searching for a caravan holiday in the Portmadoc area, we came across this gem of a site. We actually booked with Hoseasons who have ten static homes there, what a lovely surprise when we arrived. Friendly efficient reception, the caravan / static was clean and had plenty of space for the two of us, the kitchen was well equipped,...

On arrival to the park we were a little surprised by the number of canvas and holiday homes dotted across the site. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly young lady who booked us in and gave...

We stayed hear for a week at Easter and had a lovely time. The 2 bedroomed caravan was clean and well equipped, Beds comfortable and linen/towels provided. The park was beautiful with lovely walks through the forest and streams running through. Yes, it is hilly but what do you expect in the middle of Snowdonia national park. The food at...

We stayed over after visiting one of our friends who owns a static caravan on the site. The hotel itself was clean, bright and staff friendly. Had to wait a little time to be served at the bar. Lots of children running around and bumping into guest which put us off slightly. On approach the surroundings are so idilic we...
