Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Great location. Hotel opened in October 23 and to be newly opened the cleanliness is bad, sheets and pillowcases stained. Hair dryer not present (1 only for the whole structure) and one evening I receive the call at past midnight because it served other customers (the night before we had been denied). Good breakfast even though the croissants were counted. A special mention goes to Mrs. Retno, always available and smiling, and very attentive to finding a solution to the problem presented (already assisted by her in the 'other Montana structure of Senggigi)

today as i write this review on 12.24 local time, i just checked out..what a terrible service, i booked single bed but they gave me the twin bed and then mbak widya offer me single bed with the room upgrade and i have to pay..i take the twin bed room, the next day im out for bfast around 9 am and asking them to make up my room, but when i back to my room around 2 pm my room still same..i ask 2 key card and they ask deposit 50.000 then i ask the form deposit but mr. badri FO refused..LOL

They don’t bring the breakfast which wroten in the menu,explained it that products were finished.Just 5minutes after that we did check out,and they asked 50000idr for a broken cup.So professionalism of the hotel is on the low level.They can’t serve breakfast because products are finished but they ask money for a broken cup.😡

We were disappointed to learn your current feedback experience. Step on to your circumstances, we have done series internal investigations, we found out that the time mentions when you came to restaurant were our breakfast’s closing time, unpredictably on that day, white and brown bread were become favorite options, henceforth we expect that one of our service recovery given to you, Baguette bread has impact on your breakfast. We'll ensure next time we have enough stock to cover the demand event after breakfast hour. Moving to broken mug, we might still can do something else for this incident shall it reported to us as soon as it happened in your room, to anticipate the impose to a breakage policy, that's widely implemented in many hotels including in our hotel. Many facilities in our guest room are special order and custom made.
