Very strategic location.
Right in front of Mandalika beach.
But unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained, even though it is a new hotel in this area.
The interior of the room looks haphazard. Some furniture layers are peeling and some drawers cannot be closed tightly.
The toilet doesn't have a jet shower, there is a bidet but the water isn't fast, so it's hard to rinse or wash.
Only 2 bottles of complementary mineral water are provided, usually we get 4 bottles at other hotels.
The breakfast menu was below our expectations, in our opinion it lacked variety and the taste was lacking.
Incomplete cutlery on every table.
What we regret is, the swimming pool cannot be used at 8 am because it is being cleaned.
I asked why it wasn't cleaned at night when it was quiet? The reason is lack of lighting.
We chose this hotel apart from its excellent location, also because it has a pool because our children like swimming.
The previous afternoon the pool water also looked less clear.
We decided that the children would not swim, because based on our experience, it is not good to use the pool immediately after maintenance has been completed. The information was that at 9 am maintenance had just finished and we have to CO at 12 pm.
Unfortunately our first experience was less than impressive at this hotel.
Hopefully the hotel management can improve both in service and maintenance of hotel facilities.

One of new hotel in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok Island. Great location in front of Kuta Mandalika Beach. Good services. Actually this hotel was comfortable, but I thought there was something missing. Maybe because of brand new hotel, so they still processing to develop, expand and also complete the facilities.

Very centrally located…helpful staff. Terrific swimming pool and lounging area. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff there extremely courteous. A value, with so many Kuta hotels having pretty high prices nowadays.
The only downside was our first room, at lowest level of the hotel: extremely convenient to pool area, but seems to have a mold problem. The rooms they transferred us to on the upper floors, were just fine. Great views and ventilation, when we had the a/c off.

Hotel is in an okay location however the workmanship/finish in the rooms is very poor. In Australia a Council would not approve it. I feel sorry for the staff as they are lovely. There is no hot water, no spa, an okay gym that smells with torn carpet. Our room required a re-clean with clean linen and beds re-made. If I was the owner of this newish hotel I would be devastated with the end result. Very poor building and the owner doesn’t appear to want to spend any money for its upkeep.

My two nights stay there was a failure. I paid IDR. 1 million per night for nothing. I never have any bad experience staying in a hotel before but this was really bad.
For a 4-star hotel, the room was really tired. The balcony door stuck, the curtains torn out. And the best thing is they give me dirty towels!! And they did not replace it at all until I checked out.
Of course I called the reception ask if they can fix the room. I took so long for them to replace the curtains and fix the door (the technician had to go back and forth 3 times), meanwhile I had headache from the long journey and need rest. I asked the reception lady if I can change the room and told her all my issues, she doesn't even say sorry and hang up first!! What a hospitality!!
Was asking if I could meet manager twice but they said no manager in-charge lol.
Breakfast too, it was not that good. The taste, the food quality not sure if it's just normal here? The croissants are sad, nasi goreng was bland..
This was a BIG obstacle in my holiday in Lombok. Disaster. Should've booked oyo or reddoorz (budget hotel) instead cause there's no difference!!

Excellent Customer Service!
Thank you Farid & the rest of the staff for a lovely overnight stay. The breakfast buffer was the BEST we’ve had so far in our journey - the food in the bain-marie was not only fresh & tasty - but was HOT with a wonderful selection of dishes to choose from.
The ocean view from our room was divine, with a really cool shower with a view - I had a heavenly long HOT shower (yes I love hot food & hot showers & it’s often not always available in some of the other resorts).
