For 200 000 Rp, you cannot expect much: no daily cleaning, smelly bathroom, huge but empty rooms, dirty and expensive restaurant compared to the average in the neighborhood, but good location.
However we asked to rent a motorbike and the young hotel assistant we asked told us to go with the guys outside although they rent bikes in the hotel. He said they were the same and trustworthy. But when we gave back our bike, they claimed to be paid 200$ for some small crash we could almost not see. We got back to our room for some refresh before starting the bargain but the security brought the rent men to our room!! One of the boys was threatening us to broke or cut our nose. Nor the security nor the staff was very helpful. The guard more or less tried to calm down the man while the young assistant was laughing and another manager only asked him to speak less loud without asking us about the matter of the discord. We ended pay up 700 000 Rp since we got no help from anybody on this case.
We wish we had been more careful.
In these conditions of safety, I cannot recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here for three years running and plan to return. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are very reasonably priced for location. Breakfast is fairly basic and takes a while to come, so set expectations accordingly.

Avoid the hiring scooters from the bike boys out the front, in particular "Ronny", as I've had my booties within the seat of my bike stolen and found them trying to sell them later in the week. This was not whilst the scooter was parked at Segare Anak.

I really loved this place because it was right in front of the beach, the rooms where very clean, it has a very nice pool, and the breakfast was delicious. I went around town and looked at several hotels before choosing this one. Many smelled of moisture, the walls were dirty, had broken pools, and where overall not as well kept as this hotel. I was able to bargain a good deal for several nights too! Above all, the staff was very friendly and made my stay very pleasant. Highly recommend!

We were the first to sit to eat, which is never a good sign (empty cafe), but it must have just been a gap, as it quickly filled up.
Every item of food ordered was received with rave reviews. All very delicious.
The cocktails and beers were tasty/cold.
The ocean view is a bit restricted by the beach facilities across the road, but don't let that put you off.
We all agreed it would be worth the drive from Senggigi just to come here for lunch and head home again. But if you pack in a couple of beach visits as well it is a fabulous day out.
Clean, efficient and friendly service.
Great price, well worth coming.

We stayed here 2 nights based on recommendation from Gili Air, but it was a little too basic for our expectations. It was cheap for sure at $20 or $25 a night fan or aircon, but basic rooms with no hooks or hangers, just a towel or clothes rack. No headboard on bed, no tv, no room wifi, cold shower. If basic needs are all that are required this will be just fine. It comes with breakfast included and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location is on the beach where all hotels are seperated from the beach by the road. The town of Kuta is not very well developed. they say it is Bali 25 or 30 years ago. It has a lot of development required to ever get there. The beaches are many and made for surfing 100%. the sand is not that great and very hard to walk in. there is a beautiful road west of town that goes to many other surfing beaches and it was beautiful, windy and smooth on the moto. There are restaurants in the area, but nothing really like Bali. If you want a cheap place to surf and stay this is the place to go. No pool or tv, but wifi in the restaurant checkin area. Good staff with moto rentals. Oh we hired a driver to take us to the airport from here, but he slept in. Luckily a guest that was out all night returning at 4:30 am had a phone to call the number and the drivers boss came to get us. We paid for a private car but ended up stuffed into a van with loaded with 7 people and all our luggage.

For budget accommodation, it is great. Huge room, secure and terrace with chairs and table. Cold water showers. It is located across the road from Kuta Beach, and there are plenty of eateries within the immediate area. Food at restaurant was good. Pool at the rear of property is a nice escape and you can also arrange massages. Staff are incredibly helpful.

Very clean rooms and well kept grounds. The rooms are really nice and they have lots of space to pack stuff. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, breakfast was always plentiful and lots of choices. We liked the closeness to the beach and it’s only a ten minute walk to some of the best fresh cheap seafood warungs on Lombok. The pools were the highlight for us as they are really clean and well maintained.

Booked a homestay which was awful, found this little gem by the beach and changed my booking. Couldn't be more helpful helped me to get my bags from homestay and later took me back when I realised I'd left my phone charger and adapter.
Normally £30 ++ but managed to secure £16 a night for 5 nights plus breakfast.

Lovely pool and friendly helpful staff, I felt very safe here as a solo female traveller and got little hassle from the locals.

Word of warning dont go during Ramadam as most places are closed, however it is very busy in the after ceremonies with the locals all descending on Kuta beach front.

Lovely island what I saw of it but still recovering from an Earthquske last August, so not many tourists about.

Plastic is still a huge problem here too 😥

Money changers run out of Rupiah very quickly and if you take US dollars you get a better exchange for bigger notes 50 to 100s

Hotel complex was super looked after and clean, breakfast very good, staff really friendly and nice. Standard room with fan was a good value for price.
The pool area was great! New pool!!!
A bit of upgrading going on (not distracting thou), it will look fabulous!
Note that the biggest mosque of lombok is around. We were fine with the noise of prayers.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommened this place!!!
