Booked a table for 18 guests, and have to say, it was difficult getting in touch after making the since, since the restaurant requested us to pre order starters and mains. I don't normally have any problems receiving e-mails, but it seems all mails sent to me never arrived, eventually got the menu, and compiled the list of orders, and...

We were fortunate to have a beautifully sunny 3 day break, able to sit in the garden and enjoy the spectacular views. Managers and staff very friendly and anxious to please, although catering for huge numbers in this popular location, especially lunchtimes and early evenings. Mentioned that it would be good to know what you were looking at over the...

Visited a while back but hadnt had particularly great experience but thought we would go back and re-try. Was very impressed. Served quickly and staff were very accommodating. Five eating choosing 5 different dishes from main menu and all of us really enjoyed our meals. Have been 2 more times since with the same review.

Arrived Friday 31 March, my partner had booked the superior room as it was my Birthday. The room was spacious with a four poster bed and fantastic views from the two bay windows. There were also two comfortable armchairs in the room, I hate hotels that do not provide comfortable chairs. The shower had a big waterfall style shower head,...

Situated on the edge of Cleeve Hill in the Cotswolds above Cheltenham, The Rising Sun Hotel looks out across the Severn plain towards the Malvern hills. A short walk to get on to the hill itself. The Hotel is welcoming, rooms are clean and well stocked with tea, coffee etc. A room in the front gives superb views. On site...

The Riing Sun, bar, restaurant, hotel. South of Bristol. Once again, great food, great service, great banter. Bath tub gin with fever tree tonic and a slice of grapefruit, a bonus. Thatchers in draught (3 different ones) double bonus. It was very busy last night but that didn't slow down or effect service in any way. If you have never...

Stayed at this hotel for three nights - excellent location - pity our room was on the back so views not so good but the staff tried to be really helpful - the breakfast and other meals were excellent - good car park at rear of property - one area of disappointment was the difficulty in getting TV reception -...

Thanks for your feedback, Race week is a busy week for us so it does on occasion take a little longer to get to the desk than usual. All of our breakfasts are cooked to order, and include the all you can eat buffett - sorry if this wasn't made clear. We are very much waiting with our fingers (and...

I have used this chain a lot over the years and have always found them reliable and good value. We wanted to eat outside as my partner was feeling off colour, bar staff finally accepted this request on the understanding the food would be served at a table inside and we would have to take it outside ourselves!? Then changed...

I am afraid after numerous accidents outside last year we do not serve to the grassed area whilst it is wet, I am sure you appreciate I have to put my teams welfare first. We do serve to the Patio and I am sorry this was not made clear to you at the time, I have informed all my managers...

This is the 2nd time our family have left feeling as though we had made a bad choice in restaurant. They were obviously busy on a Sunday lunch time and we waited at the bar to tell them we had booked. We waited and waited until one man told us he would be with us in 2 minutes. My dad...
