We booked into Chateau La Thuiliere to escape a terrible hotel in France - an excellent decision all round. Our hosts Jordi and Edward were so welcoming that you felt yourself unwind as soon as you stepped through the door. A stunning hotel that is not pretentious - you are encouraged to enjoy the reception rooms and gardens as you...

Stayed here for one night last week on the way back from staying with friends in Bordeaux. What a wonderful experience! It was like staying in a private house - so relaxing and welcoming. Jordi talked us through his menu for the night and the food was as delicious as it sounded. Bedroom was delightful - modern with the most...

We recently spent two lovely days at Chateau La Thuiliere and loved our stay. The grounds are lush, green, and well maintained. So much so that we spent an entire afternoon and evening just lying on the grass, basking in the sunshine. The Chateau is also very well maintained, and sits beautifully in the middle of the grounds. The whole...

We stayed three nights and really appreciated how much it felt like staying with a host, rather than just a hotel. Right down to having a friendly dog! We felt really at home. The bedrooms were lovely, very stylish and well-appointed, with fantastic views over the park. A particular highlight was dinner, with the taster menu - very reasonable and...

We stayed at the Chateau for 2 nights in September to celebrate our anniversary. We were not disappointed. Everything about the chateau was faultless. We had a lovely attic room which was huge and very tastefully decorated. We arranged wine tasting through the chateau and ate both nights there. Jordi and Eduard were excellent hosts. It was lovely fresh produce...

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. First impressions are great, the house has been beautifully restored. Keeping lots of the original features but using modern technology and design to make it very comfortable. We stayed in one of the xl suites, beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed with luxurious sheets and pillows. Beautiful shower room. Jordi and Edouard are excellent...
